We start our ride at our office in Central Laguna and head east, looping through Bluebird Canyon to experience the rolling inland hills. The tour concept is: small groups, 50% sightseeing and 50% riding. The e-scooters' top speed is 20 km/h (13 mph). In some areas, the speed limit is 5 km/h (3 mph). The maximum load is 100 kg (220 lbs). A driving license is not required, but if you can't ride a bike, you can't ride an e-scooter. We'll start the ride with a brief but clear safety introduction.
