Maison ZEYSSOLFF is one of the few wineries in Alsace with some twenty century-old oak foudres, each with a capacity of 10,000L, still in use for the vinification of its wines. Its greatest curiosity is the ZEYSSOLFF barrel, made in 1897 for the Paris Universal Exhibition (1900). This barrel is still in use today.
The immersive experience, with projections on the barrels and sound work, is unique in France.
Children are welcome on the tour, which is suitable for all ages.

Tasting begins in the wine space. This is followed by a video explaining how Alsace wines are made (suitable for children). Then we visit the cellar, with its wooden barrels over a hundred years old, and you discover our family history through a scenographic space with a 180° immersive video projected onto the barrels: unique in France…
Then we continue the tasting in our tearoom area with a "gourmet wine": several glasses paired with sweet and salty treats: cheese, charcuterie, macaroons, gingerbread, fresh fruit and chocolate and fruit coulis.
You can also choose not to register the children, and have them choose a snack on the spot! Children can choose directly on the spot!

We will take a short break at the Sigolsheim Necropolis where you will have a panorama of the Alsace Wine Route.
The next destination is Riquewihr, famous for its medieval charm. You will have free time to have lunch there.
Then, we will visit the majestic Château du Haut-Koenigsbourg. Entrance to the castle is included in our tour, allowing you to explore the different rooms, wander the courtyards and admire the architectural beauty of this medieval fortress.
Our last stop will take us to a winegrower where you can taste the fine wines of Alsace.
