Our vineyards, averaging 30 to 50 years old, are cultivated using the traditional Pergola Veronese and Guyot (Filare Speronato) methods. Every step of our winemaking process is done with care and dedication, ensuring that all vineyard operations are carried out manually, from pruning to natural fertilization, with patience and deep respect for nature. The experience includes a guided tour of the vineyards and cellar, where you will discover the winemaking process from vine to bottle. To complete the journey, enjoy a tasting of 3 or 5 carefully selected wines, each reflecting the unique character and tradition of Valpolicella.

Montresor winery, at only 4 kilometers from Arena di Verona, embodies the perfect junction between tradition and modernity offering the visitors an interactive wine museum and a complete winery visit. The itinerary inside has different interactive rooms dedicated to Valpolicella wines, the history of the city and the brand itself with particular attention to the creation of the iconic “Frosted bottle”, ending with an amusing sensory room where you can discover scents of the wines. At the end of the visit, enjoy a wine tasting session with 5 different wines paired with some culinary products. The session will give you a complete overview of tradition the territory: starting with the famous “Capitel de la Crosara” , a classic Valpolicella, followed by an IGT Veronese Urban red wine.
