The Metropolitan Park, with its 260 acres of tropical forest, is the only natural reserve in Panama City and surroundings, at just 15min of the trade activity center. We will walk on of its paths until reaching the lookout point with great views to the City. In the paths of the Park it is likely to observe lots of wildlife activity. Once the walk in finished, we will climb the Ancon Hill, the highest natural point in the City and home of several bird, reptile and mammal species, as well as the giant Panamanian flag, of 15m long and 10m wide.

No matter where you go in Panama City, Ancon Hill is visible everywhere. Ancon Hill is the most popular viewpoint in Panama City, with views of the Panama Canal, downtown and the old town of Casco Viejo. Ancon Hill is an area that was used for the administration of the Panama Canal. He was under American jurisdiction in the Panama Canal area until his return to Panama in 1977. It will take us about 45 minutes to walk on a single paved path to get to the top.

Both are World Heritage Sites as per UNESCO.
