The city lost no time looking back and just a couple of years later started the herculean task of its own resurrection, rebuilding from scratch the Downtown and the surrounding area. In this tour we explore and compare a selection of amazing Medieval buildings that survived with the majestic Rational city planned and rebuilt after the tragedy.

Next up, visit the South Gate of Angkor Thom. Day2 -Visit the Kampong Phluk Village, the Country Market. Then, take a short boat ride through the fishing Village and Mangrove Trees to a beautiful Tonle Sap Lake. On the way back, you’ll walk through the village to see the everyday life of the villagers. This tour will let you avoid the crowds and escape the heat.
