A knowledgeable and entertaining guide will give you a hands-on tour where you will learn a little history of rum and get a behind-the-scenes look at how they ferment, distill, blend, age, and expertly bottle their handcrafted rums and ensure their products meet the highest quality standards. You will learn how to nose and taste rhum. You will be treated to over 20 samples of their 100 different flavored rhums, rum cake, and rum-infused Italian gelato, and cook and taste food prepared with Topper’s Rhum. Learn about the art of winemaking as you blend your own red wine during a 1.5-hour experience at Tahbilk Winery in Tabilk, Victoria, about 75 miles (120 km) north of Melbourne. Guided by a wine ambassador, you'll start with individual wines, blending them to create a varietal that is truly yours. At the end of your session, you can take home a 750-millilitre bottle of your blend. Select a morning or afternoon session when booking.
