Archery in itself is a fun sport and lots of people do it as a hobby. We have a large property here in Joshua Tree where you will have plenty of space to shoot arrows at very far distances if you'd like too. The archery range spans out to 100 feet. Hitting the targets is a bit tough at 100 feet but we recommend that you try just for fun. It's exciting hitting the target at a farther distance. You'll notice your accuracy will improve quickly and in 20 minutes or so and you will become a good archer before you know it. Doing archery with friends, companions, or family is a great experience to do while in Joshua Tree or Palm Springs or if you are just passing by and want to stop by for an hour and shoot some arrows, it's a fun unique activity that you probably won't do anywhere else. We have targets set up for you when you come along with lots of arrows to shoot and bows. All you have to do is show up. Our archery range is located in a beautiful and relaxing scenic setting. Kyudo is a Japanese martial art based on shooting an arrow from a Japanese bow to a target to reach a complete focus of mind and body. The main difference of kyudo and western archery is that, in kyudo, every movement follows a traditional routine that pays respect to the equipment and to the opponent. You will come to the archery range and dress in an authentic kyudo uniform, which will include dogi—the upper wear—and hakama—the lower wear. I'll give a brief explanation about the art of kyudo as well as instructions and demonstrations. With the knowledge you'll gain, you will learn to shoot arrows at the target. You'll also understand the fun and challenging aspect of the sport, particularly while wearing the traditional hakama and armor. Usually in kyudo, you are not allowed to pull the arrow unless you master the basics. But during our lesson, you will be able to enjoy the real kyudo experience even as a complete beginner. It will be a great time if you are looking for a nice photo or movie to show to your friends.

Bow and arrow battle is a very popular activity at home and abroad. Not only will you train your courage and athletic ability at the same time, you will also test your on-the-spot response by running, flashing, hiding, and shooting. How to quickly calculate the parabola and bow, and give a blow when your opponent is not ready, a sweat will make you sweat, and you will enjoy it! With a special safety bow and arrows and professional goggles, you can aim your opponent at will without worrying about causing pain and injury. It is very suitable for family and friends to participate in fun.

We have enough time to do program, so you have dozens (not a dozen) of times to try, but please understand that you may not hit the target on your first day, or you may get lucky once or twice. So, get advice on how to improve your movement. Although the instructor in this program is a DAN master (seeker), we have made many improvements over the thousands of people we have accepted for this experience and have created the program that can be enjoyed even by those who are new to Kyudo. *【CAUTION】 The meeting point is "not" at Tokyo Station. We use different facilities on different days for this experience. After reservation, we will inform you of the meeting place a few days before the event. Late arrivals cannot join this experience. * If you'd like to buy uniform, inform us [male/female type, height in cm, waist in cm], at least 7 days before the event date. Located in the centre of our grounds, our archery range can accommodate 15 plus targets from standard target faces all the way through to dartboard faces. We also have a few 3-D targets available to aim at. Seeing our foam Meerkat take an arrow to the face and then get back up ready for another one is a delight to see! About The Sessions The sessions start with a safety brief from a GNAS or Archery GB qualified instructor and then we let the arrows fly. Sessions normally start from 10 metres back. However, as the session progresses so does the distance, reaching up to 30 metres. We have plenty of options for different games to play. Alternatively, you can just focus on the Gold in preparation for the competition at the end of the session. We have standard re-curve bows for the adults and for kids smaller traditional bows. You get to shoot as many arrows as you can in the allotted time. With a large selection of bows, your group can all shoot at the same time.

We are the only venue in Wales currently offering Aerial Archery. Aerial Archery is like clay pigeon shooting with a bow and arrow. It's very different to traditional Archery.

Our indoor center in West Chester is one of the only places in the country to offers the sport of Archery Dodgeball. Sign up as an individual or a group and battle it out with bows and foam-tipped arrows. Each session is 60 minutes. Each session starts with an introduction where we'll teach everyone how to shoot. We have a range of bows suitable for both kids ages 7+ and adults. Our host will guide everyone through a series of mini games. Each game last about 5 minutes. You'll have 60 minutes in the arena, which is usually enough time for about 8 games and a short water break in the middle. All equipment and training is provided.

Battle Archery was developed to use a foam tipped arrow that can be fired safely in a game. If you have done paintball and walked away with some heavy old bruises then that will not happen with Battle archery. This can be a fast and physical game for the competitive team. Before the fun begins, the team will be given a safety and instruction briefing along with their safety equipment! Teams play against each other. The idea is to”tag” your opponent to score points. When a player is tagged they are eliminated from the game. There is a chance to respawn your team members just as you would in dodgeball. Players also shoot at targets to add extra points to their team scores. A game ends after a specific period of time once all opponents are eliminated. The rules of the games will be explained before the games commence.

Our park We are passionate archers and have discovered over many years of activity that primitive bow shooting is such an ancient art that it cannot be taught, because each of us already has it in our genetic heritage. To allow everyone to rediscover this talent we have worked with passion in our Archery Park with thousands of enthusiastic archers, developing a format that allows, after having shot a few arrows, to remember what our ancestors handed down to us. To do this we need a natural setting, very simple equipment and a particular approach that distinguishes our original vision of shooting with a primitive bow. The paths of the Adventure Archery Park are a very exciting and fun outdoor activity, but at the same time slow and reflective that offers us a new point of view on the relationship between man and nature.

This is a one hour session where every participant has their own set of equipment throughout. There will be a maximum of 8 people taking part at a time (typically several smaller groups mixed together) and an experienced instructor will be with the group throughout. The session starts with lots of practice rounds (each round involves firing 3 arrows at the target) to ensure everyone is familiar with the equipment and techniques. The instructor will provide continuous coaching to ensure everyone is safe and is improving. A final 9 arrow competition will decide who the overall winner is. No previous experience is required making the session suitable for any level of ability from absolute novice upwards. The activity is located at a large, well equipped activity centre offering toilets, refreshments, car parking (free) and shelters incase of poor weather. All you need is clothing suitable for spending one hour outdoors.
