Aguaray Eco Sports is a company from Foz do Iguaçu that was born from a group of friends who like to practice adventure sports linked to nature. Then came the idea of offering people the opportunity to do these sports and leisure activities, especially canoeing and hiking (Trecking), in the natural beauties that we have in Foz do Iguaçu, such as rivers, waterfalls and forest rich in fauna and flora. Our objective is to create activities that connect Leisure, sports and environment, aiming to integrate the people with the natural beauties that we have in Foz do Iguaçu, providing visitors and residents with a beautiful experience, getting to know the beauties of our city, the awareness of the need to rethink and recreate our way of coexisting with everything on the planet, using nature as a source of inspiration and learning.

Take a break from the bustle of Toronto and head into nature for a day. Visit Canada's oldest provincial park on a guided excursion. Get picked up from the meeting point and drive to Algonquin. Spend an enriching 6 hours at the park snowshoeing, hiking, spotting wildlife, canoeing, and swimming (depending on the time of the year, joining the tour). Spring – Moose watching and wildlife spotting time. We will hike Mizzy Lake Trail or similar trail (10 km, good for beginners and intermediate hikers). Summer/Fall – You can choose between hiking tour only or hiking and canoeing. On our hiking tour only, we will hike around 10 km/day and on our hiking and canoeing tour, we will hike 3 km, canoe for 1,5 hours, swim and relax on the beach. Winter – Strap on a pair of snowshoes and venture into the wilderness, leaving footprints in the untouched snow. Snowshoes are included. While there are many trails to choose from, we will pick one that offers the best lookout points.

Water Trails are pre-established itineraries designed to visit Floripa's natural, historical and cultural attractions from the water perspective. Navigating in Kayak, Canoe or Standuppaddle we have a different angle of observation of these attractions that on foot would be inaccessible or difficult to access. At the same time our activity challenges your skills when learning a new sport like canoeing. Test your rower skills on scripts filled with nature, culture, history and of course adventures!

The Glacier Canoe Paddle and Hike is our most sought-after adventure. Your journey begins at the Mendenhall Lake, where a canoe guide will provide paddle instruction. Equipped with gear, board your spacious canoe and set course for the Mendenhall Glacier. Witness Arctic tern nesting grounds and the cascading Nugget Falls as you glide past, with stunning views of the glacier in the distance. As the glacier draws near, keep your eyes peeled for freshly calved icebergs. Exit the canoes and hike the rocky terrain, gaining intimate views of the glacier and learn about its rapid recession. Explore this ancient ice age wilderness and marvel at its ice features, including crevasses, ice fall at the toe of the glacier, and other deep blue mysteries. Constantly changing, the glacier offers a unique experience each day. This tour does not venture onto the glacier, but delivers front-row views. After immersing yourself at the glacier, board the canoes and paddle back across Mendenhall Lake.

Our well known Nukakamma Canoe Trail which is the only Green Flag Status Canoe Trail in South Africa. The journey begins at the Sundays River Adventures’ jetty aboard our 4-metre double canoes and continues for 13km along the Sundays River to your overnight accommodation. You’ll experience the thrill and excitement on the river while looking out for the more than 200 recorded species of birds, and the sneaky mullet fish actively jumping into or over the canoes. Keep your eyes peeled for kudu, bushbuck, porcupines, Cape otters, vervet monkeys and other wildlife hiding in the bushes along the banks of the river. Our canoe tour is rowing along the water trails of the national park, in small groups of maximum 8 people, enjoying the peace and quiet of the national park and looking for different species such as sloths, birds, monkeys, etc. It lasts 2 hours, where our guide will tell you the history of the national park and give interesting facts about the species you find, a unique experience is guaranteed.

This combination tour includes a visit to The Barton Creek Cave and Big Rock Waterfall located in the Mountain Pine Ridge Forest Reserve. Barton Creek Cave was once an ancient Maya burial site. It is only accessible by canoe and requires minimal physical activity as you glide along gently. The drive to the cave is very scenic, passing through a few Maya Villages along the way.  This tour is slow paced, educational, and fun for all ages. After the Cave tour is complete we drive to Big Rock Falls located approximately forty-five minutes away; a great swimming spot. This combo tour is a full day tour that leaves from San Ignacio at 8:30am and returns at 4:00pm. Lunch is included.
