Our half day walking tour will start at the very heart of the city's Monumental Center, where we will observe the strong differences between the overbearing communist buildings of the Palace of Culture and the National History Museum, versus the Italian governmental buildings of the 1920s by the Italian architect Armando Brasini. As we will walk by the statue of Albania's national hero Skenderbeg, we will head to the Et’hem Bey Mosque and the Watch Tower – reminders of Tirana's 17th and 19th centuries expansion, and later its twentieth century turbulent history. We will have a chance to walk on by the newly reopened Toptani castle, and the stone Tanner's Bridge, followed by a quick stop at the Pyramid and a visit to the Blloku area, along with the dictator's Enver Hoxha villa.

It is a true architectural masterpiece of the early Medieval period overlooking the confluence of Aragvi and Mtkvari rivers from the top of the hill. Svetitskhoveli Cathedral was built in the 11th century, although the site itself is even older, dating back to the early 4th century.The monument has an elongated cross which appears to touch the sky. The cathedral is the second largest church building in Georgia and is listed as a UNESCO. Samtavro Monastery Complex was built in the 11th century. It contains the grave of queen Nana and  Mirian III, the king of Iberia, who established Christianity as the official religion in Georgia.

Travel by private vehicle over scenic to Cambodia’s former capital, Oudong, about 39km from Phnom Penh. The ride passes rural villages, local pagodas, and scenic rice paddies before reaching the main hill of Oudong. Join me on a journey through time in the last divided city of North Lefkosia, strolling the back streets of the old city feels like dropping into an earlier era. Our walk through the medieval city starts in the district of Arab Ahmet, this area was one of the original 12 quarters as they existed shortly after the Ottoman conquest of Nicosia in 1570, where Armenian Cypriots had been concentrated since the Ottoman conquest, the entire area is imbued with a heady sense of yesteryear and is one of Nicosia's most interesting neighborhoods to stroll through. As we continue our path we shall stop at the Arab Ahmet Mosque followed by the Buyuk Khan, Cyprus. We continue our walk through the market area and visit the most prominent landmark in the old city, the Cathedral of St. Sophia, today called Selimiye Mosque. Our journey ends at the Indoor Market, you will have some time to explore all the amazing local produce before our return. Kindly note that a minimum of two guests are required.
