Eleven miles northeast of Boerne at 325 Kreutzberg Rd. in the scenic Texas Hill Country is Cave Without a Name, a natural, living cavern, and some say the most beautiful in Texas. The the cave is 39 miles from downtown San Antonio. It was opened for public tours in 1939, and is designated a National Natural Landmark. Experienced guides take you on a tour which is both entertaining and educational for visitors of all ages. It begins with a magical descent down 126 steps taking you back in time many thousands of years. Eighty feet below the surface, the cave maintains a constant temperature of 66 degrees. After this awesome off-road adventure, it is time for the last stop, a beach break at a beach club. Here you will experience an authentic Mexican lunch and have the chance to do some snorkeling. Follow into the water for a guided snorkel excursion. You’ll be amazed at the tropical beauty of the coral reef system.

You will ride your own ATV in the company of your guide to go off-roading through astonishing trails in the jungle! Even if you do not have experience riding ATVS you should not worry, they are AUTOMATIC. You will visit Jade cavern where you will learn about its formation 60 million years ago and Mayan customs of this area. You will enjoy swimming in the Cenote or jumping to its water from a cliff of about 20 ft high. We will also ride through the enigmatic Mayan village and stop to walk around the main square to appreciate the Mayan temple and one of the oldest Catholic churches on the Island, as well as having free time to take a look at the black coral crafts made by locals. At the end of the ATVS tour you will be able to taste a variety of artisanal organic tequila and we will end by tasting Mayan chocolate.
