Some of the animals in our care have been born in other wildlife management programs for scientific and educational purposes; others are rescued and placed in our management by the authorities of Costa Rica. These animals are not fit for life in the natural environment and are cared for by a large team of qualified and dedicated professionals. Diamante is known for its world-class habitat designs that address the needs of each species. The unique design of the habitats allows guests to view and learn about key aspects of biology, ecology and natural history of the animals.

We are a small Costa Rican family of 5, made up of Lidiana, Eddie, our sons Aaron, Edison and our daughter in law Tiffany. We also have 3 cats and a dog. We sail along the coast of the Cap de Creus Nature Park, passing by Cala Jóncols, Cap Norfeu, seeing the rock named ‘the Cat,’ and if weather permits we enter the Tamariu cave. Then we pass by the small coves of the Nature Park to reach the point of the Cap de Creus, a rugged, rocky headland rising to 672 m above the Mediterranean Sea, forming a small, hilly peninsula carved by countless chasms that form small coves oriented according to the structure of the masses of slate. Returning, we enter the bay of Port Lligat, where we can view the Salvador Dalí House-Museum from the boat, and then we reach Cadaqués, where we make a 90-minute stop to explore this supremely picturesque fishing town.

This tour is available for all ages. Ages between 5 years old to 70 years old senior people. IMPORTANT NOTE: Small groups in this tour . Tour duration with roundtrip transportation from hotels to both tours and lunch are around 4 to 5 hours. Walking duration total are 1 hour and 45 minutes roundtrip by the trails. Clients take a truck ride from the parking area to the hiking trail. 2 miles roundtrip hiking. Hiking is extreme and require good physical conditions, hiking shoes or sneakers (NO FLIP FLOPS). Brings towels, comfortable clothes, raincoat, insect repellent, sunblock, extra clothes and cash for extras. IMORTANT NOTE: Hike at the waterfall La Leona are really extreme because you have to climb stairs up and down the rocks and vines, streams to get to the waterfall. This day we will leave your Hotel for the Poás de Alajuela area, we will make a stop for a brief explanation about our golden grain, the coffee where we will stop to see the coffee bushes, also having the opportunity to take a photograph of the Ventral Valley and from the coffee plantation. We will continue the tour through fern, flower and strawberry crops. .

• Let us take you to a real coffee plantation, experiment and see how is the technique is producing this important grain. Later we will go to one of the most visited places in Costa Rica (La Paz Waterfall Gardens) . The waterfall is located immediately alongside the road from Alajuela that leads to the northern plains of Costa Rica. The River La Paz forms the waterfall after traversing 8 kilometres (5 mi) of volcanic terrain, and then continues through the rainforest of the eastern side of Poás Volcano. A short path leads behind the waterfall, where a small shrine had been located. Upstream from the waterfall is La Paz Waterfall Gardens, a park, where visitors can observe many different species of local wildlife.

The origin of the name Maragogi is of the old Tupi that means "river of the cats of the bush", was chosen that name due to the river that bathes the municipality. The municipality of Maragogi is located in the state of Alagoas, in the state of Maceió. One of the main tourist attractions in the state, the tourist attractions that attract most in Maragogi are the beaches of Peroba, São Bento, Barra Grande and Burgalhau.
