Ocean Wonder is an owner run service that offers boat based Ocean Wildlife Encounters. These intimate trips don't follow any set route. You will also have the option to visit the award-winning World of James Herriot Visitor Attraction in Thirsk to see where Alf Wight (the real James Herriot) lived, worked and wrote his series of books, based upon his experiences as a young Yorkshire Vet. You pass over the narrow bridge where James always encounters another vehicle, on your way to Helen's family farm set in the stunning Yorkshire Dales scenery, dotted with sheep and friendly cattle..
