Semenggoh Rehabilitation Center, a temporary home for displaced Orang Utans that have been rescued from captivity and young orphaned primates. These animals are re-trained to survive in their natural habitat. They learn how to forage for natural food and build nests in the trees. Many have been returned into the surrounding area. Take a walk on the trails and try to spot semi-wild Orang Utans.   Set amidst the charming backdrop of tall tropical trees, lush vegetation and local fruit trees lies this unique farm with over a thousand crocodiles bred in captivity. The farm provides a perfect sanctuary for the reptiles, saving the species from extinction. There are huge and deep concrete ponds and natural breeding grounds for the crocodiles to mate and multiply.Visitors are able to gaze at the snapping jaws, cold menacing eyes, sharp pointed teeth and powerful lashing tails of the crocs within short distance yet safe because of the metal fence. Operates:  Everyday except public holidays. La Vanille Nature Park, originally known as La Vanille Crocodile Park, was established in 1985. Its name reflects the old vine cultivated in the valley where the 5-hectare reserve is located. In this enchanting setting, Mauritian hospitality, nature conservation, and animal welfare are prioritized. Our guides will lead you on an unforgettable tour of the reserve. Conservation projects at La Vanille are crucial, as many plant and animal species face extinction due to deforestation, hunting, and invasive species. The park is dedicated to protecting habitats, captive breeding for reintroduction, and farming to reduce the demand for wild-caught animals.

Sprawling 20 acres, the Langkawi Crocodile Farm is specially designed and landscaped with beautiful plantation and greenery, making it looks like a recreation park. Different species of crocodiles are being kept in specific ponds, where visitors can have a thorough look at the crocodiles while walking around. The farm is nestled in lush greenery with mountains as the backdrop. Looks quite impressive from outside. You will see one of the largest collections of crocodiles in the farm, of different species and sizes numbering over 1000 and comprising of both crocodiles and alligators (it’s not easy to differentiate between the two types unless you are knowledgeable in the subject). While many crocodiles have been imported, lots are bred & reproduced in the farm. The entire farm is divided into several sections or concreted ponds. There are placards at each section giving information about the crocodiles in that section.

Pick up From hotel Or residence, drive straight to the park where you are going to have a 2 hours free time inside the park, to discover a nice botanical garden, and more than 300 NILE Crocodiles, once your visit is finished we pick you up outside the park, to drive back to the hotel.
