We will present the peculiar characteristics and history of Apulian viticulture in the Itria Valley. At the end we will taste 4 of our wines and we will tell you their story and how they were born: – "Terra Viva", still red wine of Nero di Troia, IGP Puglia 13% vol .; – "Pietra Viva", still white wine from Verdeca, IGP Valle d'Itria 12% vol .; – "1 ° Luglio", still rosé wine from Nero di Troia grapes, IGP Puglia 12.5% vol .; – "Pietro 60", still dry white wine from Moscato di Trani grapes, IGP Puglia 12.5% vol. Lugana's white wines, which are unique to this region south of Lake Garda, are highly regarded around the globe. We'll take you on a tour of our vineyards and winery so you can see firsthand how everything is made, and then we'll take you to a local restaurant so you can try some of our region's best cuisine alongside some of our award-winning wines.

The location of the terrace will contribute to the overall experience of our guests. The neighborhood Firule is situated close to the city center and in the vicinity of the famous sandy beach. The terrace itself is shadowed by trees which will make hot summer nights cooler for our guests to enjoy the wine tasting with a beautiful sea view. Relaxing, ambient music is another factor to make our guests fully enjoy the experience.

We are located on Lake Garda in the southern area, which includes the wine areas of Lugana and Valtenesi, highly suited to the production of excellent quality wines, known throughout the world. This family farm has been working the land and producing wine since 1970: from grandparents to parents, up to their children, important knowledge has been handed down to take care of the environment and the vineyards, sustainable production methods. During the visit of the vineyards and to the cellar, you will learn our approach to the natural way of making wine, from the land to the bottle. In the glasses of wine for tasting, you will be able to discover all the passion, the method and the experience that has led to the production of these quality wines.

Thanks to a perfect combination between a mild climate and a diversified terrain, our region is capable to offer a wide range of excellent wines. From the DOC white wine produced in the area of Locorotondo, Martina Franca and Cisternino to the Primitivo di Manduria, a full-bodied red wine, from the Negroamaro produced in the south of Apulia area called Salento to the Nero di Troia, typical of the northern part of the region, you have an embarrassment of riches in tasting all them!

During this workshop, we choosed to allow you to taste exceptionnal products : such as caviar, foie gras and other delicacies iconic "french excellence", paired with classified Bordeaux Wines.

Sofia Wine Walk organizes wine related walking tours and tastings in Sofia. The tours specialize in small, boutique Bulgarian wineries that produce limited editions of wines. If you are looking to expand your knowledge about Bulgarian wine and experience something different, Sofia Wine Walk offers an opportunity to explore Sofia’s inspiring wine scene. On this tour, you will visit a range of unique venues chosen for their excellent wine selections and contribution to Bulgaria’s wide variety, and listen to their fascinating stories. I also can introduce you to Sofia and Bulgaria’s history, culture and traditions so you can learn as you walk. The duration of the tour is 2-2.5 hours. The minimum number of people per tour is 2, and the maximum is 10. The tour is in English.

The tasting of the six wines and their combinations will be presented and served in our equipped and comfortable tasting room, where all our guests, even if spaced and safely, can enjoy a convivial and unique experience! For all those who have particular diets or intolerances, upon notice at the time of booking in the "notes" field, we are able to meet most dietary needs. The price of the tasting includes everything: tasting, water and food pairings. The structure of the Rocca di Montestaffoli does not provide bar service (coffee, tea, soft drinks, spirits, packaged foods, etc.) It is also possible to participate in the tasting with children, for them our staff will prepare a selection of gastronomic excellences at a cost of € 10 per child.Remember that by law it is not possible to administer alcohol to minors.

Enoteca Vanni is the oldest wine shop in the city of Lucca, it was founded in 1965 by the grandfather of the current owner Paolo Petroni. It is a unique place where time seems to slow down and the history of wine mixes with the enveloping atmosphere of our underground cellars. During the time you spend here you will live a unique sensory experience: the tasting guided by the sommelier which includes the tasting of four wines and will take place in the barrel vaulted tasting room, where you will be surrounded by numerous bottles that the cellar houses.

Upon arrival in Sant Sadurní, the scent of cocoa greets us in this charming town, home to Catalonia’s finest chocolate and Cava. A short walk brings us to a historic, family-run winery crafting premium organic Cava. We’ll tour the cellars, witness production steps, and taste various vintages in a peaceful courtyard. Lunch features a 4-course seasonal menu with wine at an excellent village restaurant. Afterward, we visit a 175-year-old chocolate factory for a sensory journey through chocolate’s history and flavors. We return to Barcelona by late afternoon, enriched by the tastes, stories, and scenery of a truly authentic Catalan experience that blends tradition, craftsmanship, and culinary delight in one unforgettable day. The sweet hillside between Verona and Vicenza is well known for its excellent wines. One of these takes its name from a small village, standing at the feet of an impressive medieval castle: Soave. Conceived as a defensive hub by the Veronese family Della Scala, which ruled the city for 125 years between the 13th and the 14th century, the two was circled by massive walls, connecting to the fortress, which still dominates the surrounding landscape. This private guided tour will allow you to discover the timeless beauty of this castle, together with some more outstanding monuments: Piazza Antenna, the Justice Palace and the Palazzo Scaligero; shortly after, you will reach a well known local winery, for complete tasting of five different premium varieties of wine, in the impressive context of the cellar. "Soave" in an Italian word for "sweet": well, at the end of this experience you will perfectly understand why.

As an award-winning photographer and former New Yorker turned full-time Valencia resident — not your typical tour guide — I offer an experience that goes beyond the usual tour, blending creativity, insight, and discovery. At the first stop, you’ll experience a brief yet impactful introduction to the "Art of Observation" and you'll learn to see beyond the surface and capture the deeper beauty around you. I won’t reveal all the locations we’ll visit in advance because they aren’t the typical tourist spots you can find on a map. Instead, I’ll guide you to hidden alleys, unique street corners, and special viewpoints of Valencia that only locals know. Most importantly, we'll have a great time together in a relaxed, enjoyable atmosphere as we explore the lesser-known parts of my city. And not to worry if you don't have a camera, about half of the people use their mobile phone on my tour.
