The class is hosted by the owner of the small cafe, who is an experienced roaster and barista certified by the SCA (Specialty Coffee Association). The class takes place in his real, very local neighbourhood cafe. A cafe that focuses on highlighting local experiences to visitors. It's a casual class, with as many questions as you want welcomed, yet the intention is to focus on specialty coffee. You will leave the class with a clear picture of how important it is to follow clearly outlined steps that will enable you to make the perfect espresso, whether it is on a commercial machine or a home espresso machine. The 11:30 a.m. class is during opening hours of the cafe, so be prepared to interact with regulars while taking the class! You might even end up making your espresso for a customer!!!

Our Gin experience gives you a chance to explore three coastal gins. Native to St Andrews. Your experience will kick off with a classic gin & tonic before guests will be taken through a guided tasting flight. As you learn about each distinctive gin, you will have the opportunity to learn about some of the key coastal botanicals – many of which are sourced local to St Andrews. After the flight, you will select your favourite gin and our host will help you create a ‘perfect serve’ that’s designed to complement and enhance its flavour profile.

Our Wagashi forming experience is an easy and fun one, just like colorful clay work, in which we form several colored materials to create a target figure. Wagashi in this experiences is called “Nerikiri,” and the main ingredient is Mochi flour. Using a variety of colored materials, let's form into the day's theme design, just like colorful clay works, portray "the seasonal beauty of Japan". Even if you have little experience in creative activities or cooking, we will carefully guide you through the process. Next, move on to a dedicated tea room, experience a tea ceremony while eating your own Wagashi. In our tea ceremony experience, the room itself is designed to be experienced sitting in a chair. Once you are settled, you’ll then be served by host with confection followed by real Matcha. We would “love” to answer your any types of questions.
