This cooking class farm to table is hands-on experience. All depending on the season, we will collect what there is available in our farm. We will show you and explain all the plants and tree we have. You will learn about old Costa Rican culture & cooking techniques. The food will be cook in an open wood-fire kitchen.

This is a multi-sensory experience, come and enjoy the beautiful views while we take you through the process of farming oysters. Learn about the history of the farm (it's one of the oldest in Ireland). And of course try some of our delicious, fresh, briny oysters. All of our guides have hands on experience working on the farm and will be more then happy to answer any questions you through at them.

It is a two and a half hour experience that will immerse you in the world of nature and rural life. During this time, you will have the opportunity to interact with our adorable rabbits, donkeys, chickens and goats, while exploring the wonders that our environment has to offer.

Having been in Mostar so many decades we have retained the habit of caring for domestic animals such as goats, chickens, turkeys, ducks, geese, Japanese quails and of course our pets such as dogs, cats and parrots. During this tour you will learn the basics of up keeping and caring for both the animal and plant life. You will have the opportunity to indulge in all domestic products and will be treated to a first hand farm-to-table meal of the freshest quality. Not long ago a family member would have had a farm you could visit, those days are gone. Here on our homestead/working farm you will have an opportunity to experience and learn of how and where your food comes from, You will have a chance to interact with some of the animals we raise, possibly help bottle feed their young and explore the gardens. Animals include: cows, sheep, goats, alpacas, pigs, livestock guardian dogs, bees, and various poultry. Gardens include: Cutting flowers, vegetables, herbs, greenhouse, berry patches and fruit trees.

Join Managing Partner Becky as she feeds Errichel’s animal residents. A super way to find out more about Errichel's ethically-reared animals and its 'slow food' ethos, you will meet and feed Large Black Pigs, Rare-breed Sheep (bottle-feed lambs in season), Shetland Cattle, Highland Ponies, an assortment of Chickens, and many ducks! The tour is totally unique in our area, and takes place on our beautifully scenic Hill-farm near the picturesque town of Aberfeldy. Also onsite are our Deli, where you can purchase farm produce, foodie treats, and ice creams, and our Bistro, where you can enjoy brunch, lunch, or just coffee and cake. Our Farm Tour & Feed Round takes place at 10am on Fridays and Saturdays and lasts about an hour. Booking by 4pm the day before your tour is required. There is a maximum of eight spaces available, so book now to avoid disappointment.

Enjoy this 1.5-hour horse riding in the countryside on your lovely horses. This tour will be a relaxing option as you enjoy your time away from the crowds and just enjoy the beautiful trail ride: open savannah, jungle & river trails. You will have the opportunity to see exotic wild fruit trees and the possibility of seeing some wildlife. Riders must be able to mount and dismount on their own or with minimal assistance. WEIGHT LIMIT: 260 lbs per rider (must let us know age & weight for each rider)

Departing from Anchorage, enjoy the scenic journey to Palmer, as you learn about the rich history of Anchorage and the Matanuska Colony project. First stop will be at the Musk Ox farm. On this guided tour, you will learn all about these majestic animals, as you tour the pastors that over seventy Musk Ox call home. Next, head to downtown Palmer to explore this quaint town on your own. After, we will head to the Reindeer farm. There, you will be able to get up and close and possibly hand-feed the wide variety of Alaskan animals they have. Afterwards we will head back to Anchorage.

I started planting a few years ago, local produce such as callaloo, papaya, mangoes, etc. I started in pots because I had no land to plant and guys, it was such a beautiful, intimate experience to see how these plants grew.
