You will be collected from Jesselton Point Jetty, Kota Kinabalu and taken into the local marine park – Tunku Abdul Rahman where you will be briefed and taken on three guided snorkelling tours. The maximum group size is six, and your in-water guide will be a RAID Professional, fully trained and insured, making sure your day goes perfectly. There will be two sessions in the morning with one after lunch. We provide masks, snorkels, fins, wet suits and life jackets if required. There is free-flowing drinking water all day, with lunch served on an island. This tour is suitable for all those wishing to explore the underwater world of Sabah. We ask that all persons be fit and healthy and comfortable in water that is too deep to stand up in.

Whales of Iceland is the largest whale museum in Europe. The 23 life-sized models of whales species found around Iceland are each modeled after an actual whale in the wild. The museum features underwater soundscapes & lighting, multiple interactive experiences, and a new exhibit highlighting the threats (and their solutions) that whales face today. Two documentaries are screened throughout the day for guests: Whale Wisdom, narrated by Sir David Attenborough, and Sonic Sea, narrated by Rachel McAdams. Guided tours are available for all ticket holders at 11:00 and 15:00 each day.

It's all about the bike ride! We like to spend more time riding in the neighborhoods Portlanders love, but always stopping to smell the roses. Start in the inner Eastside at 833 SE Main #121, where we will safely fit you for a bike and helmet, ready for a sweet 8-11 mile ride through a pretty residential neighborhood, to our favorite rose garden, into an art-heavy industrial district, across the sexy Tilikum Bridge, and onto Portland's waterfront. From there, it's a trip along the edge of downtown and more stories, before we head over another bridge back to our shop! You'll visit most of the city's quadrants, ride over two bridges, and along the Willamette River. We'll visit almost-secret beaches, read poetry written in sidewalks and rocks, see public art of every shape, color and texture. And have you tried some of the city's best doughnuts or ice cream? We’ll tell you our favorites! All along the way, we'll tell the stories of the city we love. Bikes, helmets and water provided.

Running through the heart of London; the River Thames has played a central role in the history of the city, and when the tide is low, the capital’s longest archaeological site is revealed! We will have about 2 hours on the foreshore at low tide before the tide starts to come in. We visit the foreshore at various places along the River Thames throughout the year. Please contact me via Viator regarding the times before you book. The days we can go down onto the foreshore depend on the tide being low. I'm also limited as to when I can take people down to the foreshore, as its private land. We will look for historical objects along a stretch of the foreshore. You won't be allowed to scrape or dig, just eyes only. This is a great activity for children, but have to be accompanied by an adult if under 16 years old. I'll be holding up a 'Thames Beachcombing' sign when we meet.

Delve into a truly unusual museum experience at the Buckhorn Saloon & Museum and Texas Ranger Museum. Located only two blocks from the Alamo, the Buckhorn exhibits an astounding collection of taxidermy animals, western-flavored Americana, impressive antler racks, and much more. Mature specimens can grow to a length of 17 meters; their fins, which are approximately a third of that size and used as a rudder, for hunting, and even to control body temperature, are less than that. . The Humpback Whale, or Megaptera novaeangliae, migrates in vast numbers from Canadian waters to those of the Dominican Republic every year between mid-January and mid-March. While permitting access in Samaná Bay, the Ministry of the Environment has designated some sections as marine protected zones. We travel in small boats in quest of these amazing creatures because their majestic movements let us approach them. Mothers are frequently spotted with their children or adult companions. An outstanding experience is the whale excursion.

Have the opportunity to swim nearby wild dolphins or seals and snorkel some of KI’s beautiful coastline.  It's a great wildlife watching tour! We provide wetsuits, mask, towels, snorkel, and fins. Arrive at Christmas Cove Marina in Penneshaw 30 minutes prior to departure. You will be fitted into the appropriately sized wetsuit, mask, snorkel, and flippers as well as be provided with a safety brief. Then jump on board our 28 seater vessel in search of the marine life that inhabits the stunning coastline. Seals often become very active which provides a unique snorkeling experience. Conducted is a safe and responsible manner, our PADI Discover Scuba Diving experience is a fantastic way for you to experience underwater world despite having no prior experience. Playa del Carmen is an excellent place to try scuba diving for the first time. We have many fish and excelent reefs within the 12m/40ft range that the safety regulations require. Our instructors will take the time in small groups (maximum 4 people) to ensure that you fully understand how to dive safely. We have a passion for educating, so during your experience you can expect to learn about the ocean and the wildlife you will discover.
