Folkestone Coral Reef Clear Kayak Tour

Paddle out on a guided tour over majestic coral heads in search of Maui's vast array of sea life. The bottom of the clear kayak magnifies the reef and all of the creatures below you. Pontoon attachments make the kayaks almost impossible to tip and impossible to sink. All tours are small and intimate with only 10 guests per guide. Fun for the whole family. Beginners welcome. From December to April you can expect to see the Humpback Whales that migrate here for breeding. As a premium tour company you can expect the best quality equipment. Our kayaks were recently manufactured. Life vests are sized to the guest. Rash guards, sunscreen and dry bags are provided at no extra cost. Our guides are CPR trained, passionate about conservation and have a deep understanding of the flora and fauna you will encounter while on your tour. Take in some of the most picturesque shoreline on the west coast of Barbados as we set off from Surfside beach and head to Folkstone Marine Park. Here you will experience a 360° view both above and below the surface as we paddle over colourful coral reefs located in the calm, clear waters of this protected marine reserve. We will then journey to a lesser know shipwreck located close to shore which is home to many tropical fish, before making our way back to shore for a complimentary rum punch on the beach.

Come on our Kayak Turtle Tour.  Tours operate daily from the south end of Palm Cove and paddle out to Double Island from there.  Once we are at Double Island, it's an incredible experience.  There are mangroves to explore, coral reefs to paddle over and even a cave to explore if the conditions are right. More often than not, the water is crystal clear.  There is an abundance of small rays and turtles swimming  through the water, and it's even possible to see dolphins, dugongs or whales on the tour, but you have to be very lucky. Kayaks, life jackets, juice, water and fruit is provided.
