Gallipoli Peninsula is located on north-western Turkey, near to Istanbul about 5 hours driving distance by car. The Gallipoli Peninsula is the site of extensive First World War battlefields and memorials on the north bank of the Dardanelles Strait. It is a commemorative site for the Allied (British Empire, France) and Turkish forces who fought, died, and were wounded there. Today there are many memorials for Turkish and ANZAC soldiers who lost their lives there. *Please note that you will have a local tour guide who will meet you at the spot.

This biking tour is only for you or for your group up to 4 people. The length of it is decided by you upon having info about the options and we can end it up at anytime. Biking on the Gallipoli battlefield is probably one of the most scenic and emotional biking routes ever. We meet at the Eceabat ferry pier and have a brief explanation about our bikes, terrain, and the route. The first half of the tour goes through olive, walnut and peach groves and the second half goes over the north of the peninsula, known as the Anzac perimeter. A fascinating landscape will accompany you for the entire excursion, with the opportunity to visit some WW1 Anzac and British cemeteries on the route. Following the tour we drive back to Istanbul.
