Following a tutored tasting of our single malt whisky, delve deeper into our methods of flavour creation through our careful selection of seasoned oak barrels from around the world.

Based at Laverstoke Mill near Winchester, the Bombay Sapphire Distillery is home to all Bombay Sapphire gin. Every experience starts with a trip to the Turbine Bar to choose a Bombay gin to make a gin & tonic before heading to the cinema room to be immersed in all things Bombay Sapphire in preparation for the tour. Discover the history behind Bombay Sapphire and the paper-making business at Laverstoke Mill, before uncovering the secrets of the rare production processes used to make Bombay Sapphire. Your guide will tell you about the botanicals that go into the gin in the Botanical Glasshouses and the Botanical Dry Room.

Your Expert Guide will bring the history of this fantastic market to life. Beefeater Gin Distillery After your visit to the market, your guide will accompany you to one of London's well-known gin distilleries to taste and learn about gin. Go behind the scenes and discover how the Beefeater Distillery produces gin, examine the difference between styles of gin and hear how the various botanicals used in the distilling process impact the overall flavour. You'll also enjoy some gin tasting throughout your visit.

A visit to the Citadelle Gin Distillery will immerse you in a dynamic, fresh atmosphere, totally suited to the summer season. Just 15 minutes from Cognac, let the scent of fresh lemons guide you to Chateau de Bonbonnet. We'll show you the juniper fields and their berries, before immersing you in the craft of gin distillation. We'll be delighted to take you on a tour of our magnificent citrus greenhouse, ending with a tasting of Citadelle Gin.

Through this visit you will immerse yourself in the exciting world of distillation and the development of our spirits Distiller and fruit liqueur maker, as is traditional in Alsace, we also produce our whiskies, our Gins, as well as a range of flavored vodka. Hensol Castle Distillery is located in the cellars of the historic Hensol Castle, a 17th century castle located in the beautiful Hensol, Vale of Glamorgan. Our gin tour lasts 90 minutes and gives an in-depth insight into the history of Hensol Castle, many of its previous owners having links to the tasty spirits, as well as the history of gin and how it became the popular spirit it is today. You will then be taken to our botanical room where you will discover over 50 unique and wonderful botancials from all over the world. You will be able to touch, smell and taste them before enjoying a gin tasting with our three delicious Hensol Castle gin. Finally, enjoy a G&T of your choice in our bar at the end before browsing our shop for some gin-tastic items.
