More than just a gin tasting – this is about the Evolution of Gin! On this experience you'll follow the journey of gin from its origins to the modern spirit we know and love. Your guide will lead you through the different flavours, explain the history of gin, and suggest which mixers to add to the (4) gins you will sample – the mixing is left up to you so you can have it as strong or as delicate as you'd like! Held in The Lost Close, this is an area of Edinburgh that was buried underneath the old prison building until it was uncovered in 2018, a space that only we have access to, and there's nowhere else like it in the city!

We will offer an in depth Gin tasting experience at our specially designed tasting atelier in the historical centre of Athens and discover the top Mediterranean Gins. Your experience has a focus on being an interactive, hands-on experience. This experience allows guests to take a deeper dive into our world of Gin – not only trying the neat spirit, but learning how to use it in other creative ways. This experience is great for people who may have already been on a 'gin' tour and are looking for something a little different. While many other gin experiences from other distilleries teach people about the history of gin making, we prefer to focus on modern drinks trends and the exciting innovations of current Scottish gin production. Our Gin experience gives you a chance to explore three coastal gins. Native to St Andrews. Your experience will kick off with a classic gin & tonic before guests will be taken through a guided tasting flight. As you learn about each distinctive gin, you will have the opportunity to learn about some of the key coastal botanicals – many of which are sourced local to St Andrews. After the flight, you will select your favourite gin and our host will help you create a ‘perfect serve’ that’s designed to complement and enhance its flavour profile.

This tour showcases a mix of iconic & boutique wineries finishing with a fun Gin tasting of 4 different Gins. Your local guide gives you plenty of time to meet the people behind the Barossa Labels with the tour offering an insight into the local agriculture & winemaking, regional information, both historical and current ensuring a relaxing & entertaining day in the Barossa.

Hensol Castle Distillery is located in the cellars of the historic Hensol Castle, a 17th century castle located in the beautiful Hensol, Vale of Glamorgan. Our gin tour lasts 90 minutes and gives an in-depth insight into the history of Hensol Castle, many of its previous owners having links to the tasty spirits, as well as the history of gin and how it became the popular spirit it is today. You will then be taken to our botanical room where you will discover over 50 unique and wonderful botancials from all over the world. You will be able to touch, smell and taste them before enjoying a gin tasting with our three delicious Hensol Castle gin. Finally, enjoy a G&T of your choice in our bar at the end before browsing our shop for some gin-tastic items.

Enjoy an exciting way to explore Stirling with a wee guided walk followed by a premium gin tasting with your local guide in Stirling Distillery, Stirling's only distillery in a historic building. You'll spend the first part of the tour on a walking tour with your small group and guide, discovering the history and culture of Stirling. Walk in the footsteps of Mary Queen of Scots, William Wallace and Robert the Bruce whilst you hear the tales of battles, kings and queens who shaped Stirling, and Scotland into the place it is today. After the walking tour, relax with the guide and enjoy a bespoke gin tasting in Stirling Distillery, a family-owned distillery with hand-crafted gin (the nettles in the gin come from their summer foraging expeditions!). Enjoy 3 gins in a flight, including their classic G&T, a pink gin, and a premium gin liqueur. There is also the option to choose a whisky flight of three full drams of Scottish whiskies instead of the gin.

Broken Bones Experience offers a unique insight into the core of the Ljubljana's only gin and whisky distillery. Learning about our history, development of spirits and our philosophy will be made even more pleasant with a sample of gin and three selected signature cocktails.

Located in Salthill in Galway City, the 1,400 sq ft premises can seat 22 people at a time for gin classes and features an apothecary-style botanical pick 'n' mix area for pupils to choose their own flavour combinations. Over two-and-a-half hours, guests will learn how gin is made and distilled and distil their own unique 70cl bottles of gin with personalised labels, enjoy complimentary gin cocktails, cheese and nibbles throughout the class.
