In our whisky distillery, watch our washbacks foaming and our copper stills bubbling as your guide highlights the different stages of scotch production. Following a tutored tasting of our single malt whisky, delve deeper into our methods of flavour creation through our careful selection of seasoned oak barrels from around the world.

More than just a gin tasting – this is about the Evolution of Gin! On this experience you'll follow the journey of gin from its origins to the modern spirit we know and love. Your guide will lead you through the different flavours, explain the history of gin, and suggest which mixers to add to the (4) gins you will sample – the mixing is left up to you so you can have it as strong or as delicate as you'd like! Held in The Lost Close, this is an area of Edinburgh that was buried underneath the old prison building until it was uncovered in 2018, a space that only we have access to, and there's nowhere else like it in the city!

Thoran Distillery, in the old harbor district in Reykjavik, is now opening its doors to the public, inviting anyone to journey into the magical realm of gin. Come see how gin is made, learn about the botanicals, and top it all off with a taste of Marberg gin.

We will offer an in depth Gin tasting experience at our specially designed tasting atelier in the historical centre of Athens and discover the top Mediterranean Gins. Sample a range of hand-selected gins as you learn to identify the unique flavours. Our host will introduce and provide guests with a brief history about gin crafting and the traditional ways of making gins. We will taste our way through different gins sampling a variety of different expressions with a small back story behind each one. Our Gin tour and tasting is located in a truly unique location. We are based in the heart of The Rocks in Sydney, almost under the iconic Harbour Bridge. Hickson House Gin has won gold medals at the most prestigious spirits shows, with every product having picked up a gold medal. The distillery itself it built in a historic bond building that used to house goods sent to Australia from all over the world. One of Australia's largest and oldest gantry cranes was located in the building and the steel girders holding up the building are the same used in the building of the Harbour Bridge under which we are located. The tour itself starts with a Gin & Tonic before heading into the distillery to learn about the gin production process. Head back into our award-winning bar and enjoy a tasting of our multi award winning gin range. Hickson House also features a full bar and dining room to enjoy while spending some time with us.

Our Gin experience gives you a chance to explore three coastal gins. Native to St Andrews. Your experience will kick off with a classic gin & tonic before guests will be taken through a guided tasting flight. As you learn about each distinctive gin, you will have the opportunity to learn about some of the key coastal botanicals – many of which are sourced local to St Andrews. After the flight, you will select your favourite gin and our host will help you create a ‘perfect serve’ that’s designed to complement and enhance its flavour profile.
