Gin Tonic

Our wine tour is a social, down to earth and laid back trip that offers great wines, gin,cider and more..and we have a laugh doing it! We'll pick you up in the morning and focus on everyone getting to know each other. We get everyone to add to a Spotify playlist so we have some tunes and spend the first hour just chatting! Every tour is different. Everything we do on my trip is discussed by the group in the morning. We will give you options to choose from including many different wineries, Distilleries, a cheese place,a chocolate factory, Cideries, restaurants and breweries.  However if you just want to come along and put your trust in us, we will visit 4 or 5 unique venues, all with a point of difference. Generally we do 2 wineries,a restaurant,a distillery and either,a chocolate place or a champagne place. We don't include lunch in the price, so we go to a restaurant (Quarters) where you can order/pay what you want to eat/drink. We use a 24 seater bus, but only fill 10-18 seats

IQ is a 45 ft (13.72 m) & Explore is a 39 ft (11.99 m) are high-performance sailing catamarans, IQ built in 2010 & Explore built in 2016 with a purposeful design that is both stylish and safe. Every experience starts with a trip to the Turbine Bar to choose a Bombay gin to make a gin & tonic before heading to the cinema room to be immersed in all things Bombay Sapphire in preparation for the tour. Discover the history behind Bombay Sapphire and the paper-making business at Laverstoke Mill, before uncovering the secrets of the rare production processes used to make Bombay Sapphire. Your guide will tell you about the botanicals that go into the gin in the Botanical Glasshouses and the Botanical Dry Room.

Our team have been at the forefront of the growth of Scottish Gin. 56 North is Scotland's oldest gin bar so we take a relaxed and fun approach to teaching people how gin is made.

Shakespeare Distillery is the only working distillery in Stratford upon Avon. We look to the Tudor period to influence the spirits we produce. Our award-winning Stratford Gin has flavours based on a Tudor herb garden.

Our Gin experience gives you a chance to explore three coastal gins. Native to St Andrews. Your experience will kick off with a classic gin & tonic before guests will be taken through a guided tasting flight. As you learn about each distinctive gin, you will have the opportunity to learn about some of the key coastal botanicals – many of which are sourced local to St Andrews. After the flight, you will select your favourite gin and our host will help you create a ‘perfect serve’ that’s designed to complement and enhance its flavour profile.

Our Gin tour and tasting is located in a truly unique location. We are based in the heart of The Rocks in Sydney, almost under the iconic Harbour Bridge. Hickson House Gin has won gold medals at the most prestigious spirits shows, with every product having picked up a gold medal. The distillery itself it built in a historic bond building that used to house goods sent to Australia from all over the world. One of Australia's largest and oldest gantry cranes was located in the building and the steel girders holding up the building are the same used in the building of the Harbour Bridge under which we are located. The tour itself starts with a Gin & Tonic before heading into the distillery to learn about the gin production process. Head back into our award-winning bar and enjoy a tasting of our multi award winning gin range. Hickson House also features a full bar and dining room to enjoy while spending some time with us.

Hensol Castle Distillery is located in the cellars of the historic Hensol Castle, a 17th century castle located in the beautiful Hensol, Vale of Glamorgan. Our gin tour lasts 90 minutes and gives an in-depth insight into the history of Hensol Castle, many of its previous owners having links to the tasty spirits, as well as the history of gin and how it became the popular spirit it is today. You will then be taken to our botanical room where you will discover over 50 unique and wonderful botancials from all over the world. You will be able to touch, smell and taste them before enjoying a gin tasting with our three delicious Hensol Castle gin. Finally, enjoy a G&T of your choice in our bar at the end before browsing our shop for some gin-tastic items.

Discover the central crater of Lagoa do Fogo crater. Relax at the end of the day sipping a local gin at the Gin Library. Departing from Ponta Delgada, we head to Lagoa do Fogo, one of the largest waterbodies in the Azores, located in the central area of the island of São Miguel. The last eruption occurred in 1563. From this view point we can see both the north and southern coasts and the beautiful glimmering waters of the fire lake. After taking in the beautiful view of Lagoa do Fogo we will head to Santa Barbara beach. A wide shoreline of dark sand with high cliffs & brisk waters, popular with surfers & bodyboarders. A refreshing Gin awaits us at the next stop. The Gin Library. Visit Europe’s largest collection of gin here on the island of Sao Miguel. Taste the local Azorean gins, Ghosts of The Ocean and Rocha Negra as you learn about the history of all things juniper at The Gin Library.
