After years of providing private group tours for friends, family and businesses, we realised how much we love to please people and try and go the extra mile to see a bigger smile at the end of the day. So we built out our new Yarra Valley Public Tour that has the necessary itinerary but also has flexibility to split up the group depending on their preferences on wine, gin, food and chocolate.

Alongside a sample of our classic expression, learn about how we apply our whisky-making ethos to create our award-winning Height of Arrows Gin with just 3 ingredients. In our whisky distillery, watch our washbacks foaming and our copper stills bubbling as your guide highlights the different stages of scotch production. From heritage and speciality malts to alternative yeasts, find out more about what we do differently to create exciting and innovative flavours for our single malts. Following a tutored tasting of our single malt whisky, delve deeper into our methods of flavour creation through our careful selection of seasoned oak barrels from around the world.

More than just a gin tasting – this is about the Evolution of Gin! On this experience you'll follow the journey of gin from its origins to the modern spirit we know and love. Your guide will lead you through the different flavours, explain the history of gin, and suggest which mixers to add to the (4) gins you will sample – the mixing is left up to you so you can have it as strong or as delicate as you'd like! Held in The Lost Close, this is an area of Edinburgh that was buried underneath the old prison building until it was uncovered in 2018, a space that only we have access to, and there's nowhere else like it in the city!

IQ is a 45 ft (13.72 m) & Explore is a 39 ft (11.99 m) are high-performance sailing catamarans, IQ built in 2010 & Explore built in 2016 with a purposeful design that is both stylish and safe. Based at Laverstoke Mill near Winchester, the Bombay Sapphire Distillery is home to all Bombay Sapphire gin. Every experience starts with a trip to the Turbine Bar to choose a Bombay gin to make a gin & tonic before heading to the cinema room to be immersed in all things Bombay Sapphire in preparation for the tour. Discover the history behind Bombay Sapphire and the paper-making business at Laverstoke Mill, before uncovering the secrets of the rare production processes used to make Bombay Sapphire. Your guide will tell you about the botanicals that go into the gin in the Botanical Glasshouses and the Botanical Dry Room.

Join us onboard the Red Bus Bistro for a Gin Tea Experience. Leaving from George Street, the tour lasts approximately 90 minutes during which we visit the top attractions Glasgow has to offer including; Provand’s Lordship, the upmarket West End, Glasgow University, Kelvingrove Art Gallery and the Transport Museum.

Your experience has a focus on being an interactive, hands-on experience. This experience allows guests to take a deeper dive into our world of Gin – not only trying the neat spirit, but learning how to use it in other creative ways. This experience is great for people who may have already been on a 'gin' tour and are looking for something a little different. While many other gin experiences from other distilleries teach people about the history of gin making, we prefer to focus on modern drinks trends and the exciting innovations of current Scottish gin production. In particular, learn more about our experimentation with Scottish Juniper.

Our Gin tour and tasting is located in a truly unique location. We are based in the heart of The Rocks in Sydney, almost under the iconic Harbour Bridge. Hickson House Gin has won gold medals at the most prestigious spirits shows, with every product having picked up a gold medal. The distillery itself it built in a historic bond building that used to house goods sent to Australia from all over the world. One of Australia's largest and oldest gantry cranes was located in the building and the steel girders holding up the building are the same used in the building of the Harbour Bridge under which we are located. The tour itself starts with a Gin & Tonic before heading into the distillery to learn about the gin production process. Head back into our award-winning bar and enjoy a tasting of our multi award winning gin range. Hickson House also features a full bar and dining room to enjoy while spending some time with us.

Hensol Castle Distillery is located in the cellars of the historic Hensol Castle, a 17th century castle located in the beautiful Hensol, Vale of Glamorgan. Our gin tour lasts 90 minutes and gives an in-depth insight into the history of Hensol Castle, many of its previous owners having links to the tasty spirits, as well as the history of gin and how it became the popular spirit it is today. You will then be taken to our botanical room where you will discover over 50 unique and wonderful botancials from all over the world. You will be able to touch, smell and taste them before enjoying a gin tasting with our three delicious Hensol Castle gin. Finally, enjoy a G&T of your choice in our bar at the end before browsing our shop for some gin-tastic items.
