Alongside a sample of our classic expression, learn about how we apply our whisky-making ethos to create our award-winning Height of Arrows Gin with just 3 ingredients. In our whisky distillery, watch our washbacks foaming and our copper stills bubbling as your guide highlights the different stages of scotch production. From heritage and speciality malts to alternative yeasts, find out more about what we do differently to create exciting and innovative flavours for our single malts. Following a tutored tasting of our single malt whisky, delve deeper into our methods of flavour creation through our careful selection of seasoned oak barrels from around the world.

More than just a gin tasting – this is about the Evolution of Gin! On this experience you'll follow the journey of gin from its origins to the modern spirit we know and love. Your guide will lead you through the different flavours, explain the history of gin, and suggest which mixers to add to the (4) gins you will sample – the mixing is left up to you so you can have it as strong or as delicate as you'd like! Held in The Lost Close, this is an area of Edinburgh that was buried underneath the old prison building until it was uncovered in 2018, a space that only we have access to, and there's nowhere else like it in the city!

Every experience starts with a trip to the Turbine Bar to choose a Bombay gin to make a gin & tonic before heading to the cinema room to be immersed in all things Bombay Sapphire in preparation for the tour. Discover the history behind Bombay Sapphire and the paper-making business at Laverstoke Mill, before uncovering the secrets of the rare production processes used to make Bombay Sapphire. Your guide will tell you about the botanicals that go into the gin in the Botanical Glasshouses and the Botanical Dry Room.

Join us onboard the Red Bus Bistro for a Gin Tea Experience. Leaving from George Street, the tour lasts approximately 90 minutes during which we visit the top attractions Glasgow has to offer including; Provand’s Lordship, the upmarket West End, Glasgow University, Kelvingrove Art Gallery and the Transport Museum.

We will offer an in depth Gin tasting experience at our specially designed tasting atelier in the historical centre of Athens and discover the top Mediterranean Gins. Our Gin tour and tasting is located in a truly unique location. We are based in the heart of The Rocks in Sydney, almost under the iconic Harbour Bridge. Hickson House Gin has won gold medals at the most prestigious spirits shows, with every product having picked up a gold medal. The distillery itself it built in a historic bond building that used to house goods sent to Australia from all over the world. One of Australia's largest and oldest gantry cranes was located in the building and the steel girders holding up the building are the same used in the building of the Harbour Bridge under which we are located. The tour itself starts with a Gin & Tonic before heading into the distillery to learn about the gin production process. Head back into our award-winning bar and enjoy a tasting of our multi award winning gin range. Hickson House also features a full bar and dining room to enjoy while spending some time with us.

Enjoy the sights and smells of the market as you walk around; its warren of passageways hide a sprawling cornucopia of everything from traditional British produce to international culinary delights. Your Expert Guide will bring the history of this fantastic market to life. Beefeater Gin Distillery After your visit to the market, your guide will accompany you to one of London's well-known gin distilleries to taste and learn about gin. Go behind the scenes and discover how the Beefeater Distillery produces gin, examine the difference between styles of gin and hear how the various botanicals used in the distilling process impact the overall flavour. You'll also enjoy some gin tasting throughout your visit.

This tour will be with one of the four Tribe founders – it is not every day you can sit down with a founder of a Spirits company and ask them all about their experience setting up their business and what they've learned about the craft along the way!

Enjoy an exciting way to explore Stirling with a wee guided walk followed by a premium gin tasting with your local guide in Stirling Distillery, Stirling's only distillery in a historic building. You'll spend the first part of the tour on a walking tour with your small group and guide, discovering the history and culture of Stirling. Walk in the footsteps of Mary Queen of Scots, William Wallace and Robert the Bruce whilst you hear the tales of battles, kings and queens who shaped Stirling, and Scotland into the place it is today. After the walking tour, relax with the guide and enjoy a bespoke gin tasting in Stirling Distillery, a family-owned distillery with hand-crafted gin (the nettles in the gin come from their summer foraging expeditions!). Enjoy 3 gins in a flight, including their classic G&T, a pink gin, and a premium gin liqueur. A visit to the Citadelle Gin Distillery will immerse you in a dynamic, fresh atmosphere, totally suited to the summer season. Just 15 minutes from Cognac, let the scent of fresh lemons guide you to Chateau de Bonbonnet. We'll show you the juniper fields and their berries, before immersing you in the craft of gin distillation. We'll be delighted to take you on a tour of our magnificent citrus greenhouse, ending with a tasting of Citadelle Gin.

Hensol Castle Distillery is located in the cellars of the historic Hensol Castle, a 17th century castle located in the beautiful Hensol, Vale of Glamorgan. Our gin tour lasts 90 minutes and gives an in-depth insight into the history of Hensol Castle, many of its previous owners having links to the tasty spirits, as well as the history of gin and how it became the popular spirit it is today. You will then be taken to our botanical room where you will discover over 50 unique and wonderful botancials from all over the world. You will be able to touch, smell and taste them before enjoying a gin tasting with our three delicious Hensol Castle gin. Finally, enjoy a G&T of your choice in our bar at the end before browsing our shop for some gin-tastic items.
