Tour Types: 6 PM: “Afternoon Tour” (No glow). 6:30 PM: Sunset Kayak. 7 PM and later: GLOW. Our award-winning LED Night Kayak excursion is unlike anything you've ever done before! Arrive and put on your glow paint, also known as “War Paint,” and snap some great photos. Your guides will then provide a quick “Kayak 101.” Ready, set, GLOW! Paddle around the lagoon enjoying the LED glow of your kayak and the city lights surrounding the Condado Lagoon. These views are breathtaking! This is truly a great way to see the city from a different perspective and have an absolute blast while doing so. Plus, our kayaks have clear bottoms, like a glass-bottom boat! This guided urban adventure is a "must do" when visiting San Juan. Don't miss out—paddle out and "Experience the GLOW!" Notes: Arrive 30-45 minutes before departure time. Kayak through the mangroves of Laguna Grande and experience the natural glow of bioluminescence. Visibility varies as it's a natural phenomenon; a tarp may be used to block out light and enhance visibility, making it easier to see even subtle sparkles. Advisories: 1. Sargassum, a harmless local seaweed, may occasionally be present and emit an odor. 2. Solo kayakers and odd-numbered groups will be paired up. 3. You will get wet—dress accordingly. 4. During peak season, high traffic may cause light contact between kayaks; our experienced guides ensure a safe and enjoyable tour. 5. Participants aged 6–14 must ride in a tandem kayak with an adult. Participants aged 15–17 must be accompanied by an adult on the tour.

The kayaks and SUPS are lit up in many different colors. Some times you will see fish, stingrays and if you are lucky, maybe a DOLPHIN! We offer daytime sessions and evening sessions. We also do mermaid paddle on Saturdays. This is a special experience that you will remember forever.

The Kayak Glow tour in Split is a new and exciting way to go exploring by kayak! We decided to offer a different kind of night out for our guests in Split in our see-through transparent kayaks. Leaving the sun behind and going with rainbow color lights beneath the kayak will illuminate your way into this unique adventure. It is a perfect way to relax and have fun after a long hot day in Split!

This is an opportunity to kayak in the evening and enjoy the sunset at a beautiful beach. When we leave the beach we turn on the LED lights and "glow" as we paddle back to the launch area.

Paddle along the southern edge of Lake Karapiro, over the old submerged Horahora Dam that produced electricity for the early Waihi goldfields. Learn the history of the Horahora village and enjoy the twilight & silence of being on the water as the day draws to an end. As night arrives over the lake , paddle slowly up the Pokaiwhenua Stream and through the canyon carved out by water over many hundreds of years. Native ferns & trees drape over you, bird life is all around. When darkness falls we float silently back downstream, being guided by the glow worms on either side sparkling like Christmas lights.

Our guests meet us at our shop called The BoatDega. This tour takes place along the calm canals in Treasure Island. We paddle at a slow pace. We have free parking and restrooms. We launch on the floating dock behind the shop. Each of our kayaks are double kayaks. If we have an odd number of guests, we can take one seat out of the double kayaks to make it a single seater. Otherwise you will be paddling in a double kayak. Step inside your crystal clear kayak equipped with LED's a bit before sunset and paddle into the darkness. Your tour guide will take you along the canals. Enjoy the ambiance. It's cool, calm, and quiet. The stars and the moon create a canvas in the sky, and the lights colorfully illuminate the water below. This event requires a minimum number travelers. If we do not meet the minimum requirement, we will hope to reschedule you to another date or offer you a full refund.
