Your guide will lead you through the different flavours, explain the history of gin, and suggest which mixers to add to the (4) gins you will sample – the mixing is left up to you so you can have it as strong or as delicate as you'd like! Held in The Lost Close, this is an area of Edinburgh that was buried underneath the old prison building until it was uncovered in 2018, a space that only we have access to, and there's nowhere else like it in the city!

Bombay Sapphire Gin Distillery Tour and Cocktail


Based at Laverstoke Mill near Winchester, the Bombay Sapphire Distillery is home to all Bombay Sapphire gin. Every experience starts with a trip to the Turbine Bar to choose a Bombay gin to make a gin & tonic before heading to the cinema room to be immersed in all things Bombay Sapphire in preparation for the tour. Discover the history behind Bombay Sapphire and the paper-making business at Laverstoke Mill, before uncovering the secrets of the rare production processes used to make Bombay Sapphire. Your guide will tell you about the botanicals that go into the gin in the Botanical Glasshouses and the Botanical Dry Room.

Your Expert Guide will bring the history of this fantastic market to life. Beefeater Gin Distillery After your visit to the market, your guide will accompany you to one of London's well-known gin distilleries to taste and learn about gin. Go behind the scenes and discover how the Beefeater Distillery produces gin, examine the difference between styles of gin and hear how the various botanicals used in the distilling process impact the overall flavour. Enjoy an exciting way to explore Stirling with a wee guided walk followed by a premium gin tasting with your local guide in Stirling Distillery, Stirling's only distillery in a historic building. You'll spend the first part of the tour on a walking tour with your small group and guide, discovering the history and culture of Stirling. Walk in the footsteps of Mary Queen of Scots, William Wallace and Robert the Bruce whilst you hear the tales of battles, kings and queens who shaped Stirling, and Scotland into the place it is today. After the walking tour, relax with the guide and enjoy a bespoke gin tasting in Stirling Distillery, a family-owned distillery with hand-crafted gin (the nettles in the gin come from their summer foraging expeditions!). Enjoy 3 gins in a flight, including their classic G&T, a pink gin, and a premium gin liqueur. There is also the option to choose a whisky flight of three full drams of Scottish whiskies instead of the gin.

Hensol Castle Distillery is located in the cellars of the historic Hensol Castle, a 17th century castle located in the beautiful Hensol, Vale of Glamorgan. Our gin tour lasts 90 minutes and gives an in-depth insight into the history of Hensol Castle, many of its previous owners having links to the tasty spirits, as well as the history of gin and how it became the popular spirit it is today. You will then be taken to our botanical room where you will discover over 50 unique and wonderful botancials from all over the world. The Gin Nest is Torbay's premier gin-making experience. You will be guided in the art of distilling your own craft gin using a traditional copper pot still. Half Day Lagoa Do Fogo and Gin Library Tour


Discover the central crater of Lagoa do Fogo crater. Relax at the end of the day sipping a local gin at the Gin Library. Departing from Ponta Delgada, we head to Lagoa do Fogo, one of the largest waterbodies in the Azores, located in the central area of the island of São Miguel. The last eruption occurred in 1563.
