The standard raft is a great option for larger families or people looking for a more stable (but still fun) option. They will still hit the big waves of Kahuna and Lunch Counter, so be prepared to paddle hard and get soaked.

Hop in the raft and be prepared for a wild ride down the Snake River on this whitewater rafting journey. Paddle through intermediate level Class III rapids as you take in the gorgeous scenery around the river. Ideal for families, this 8-mile (13-kilometer) rafting experience encounters both rougher and more tranquil waters during the journey.

The highlight of your vacation! This a 17-foot self-bailing raft that provides a fun splashy ride while providing enough stability to handle the Snakes Class bigger rapids with ease, and allowing you to feel safe while you enjoy the experience. You'll paddle through the legendary Snake River Rapids, including Lunch Counter, Big Kahuna, Champagne and Ropes. Rafts launch at West Table and take out at Sheep Gulch in the Snake River Canyon. It's 8 miles of Class II and III whitewater interspersed with calm stretches, even some opportunities to swim. Trips take 3 1/2 to 4 hours round-trip from our office at 180 Powderhorn Ln in Jackson. Whitewater rafting with Lewis & Clark is the genuine interactive outdoor adventure you came to Jackson Hole to experience. Most of our customers are first-timers and it's suitable for ages 6+. Blue Hole, "Island Gully","Hidden falls", "Secret Falls, are some of the names given to this hidden treasure which is nestled in the hills of the White River Valley. This tour is designed for the young and the young at heart. You will begin your journey with a scenic drive up the hills through the rainforest and the amazingly beautiful landscape, as you make your way to Island Gully/Blue Hole which remains in its pristine condition. At this hidden attraction you can take a swim in one or more of the blue pools, or jump off the waterfalls, or just take a swing on a Tarzan rope.
