Boat tour of Ortigia Island and sea caves


We will start from the bridges of Ortigia and enter the "great port" of Syracuse and the beautiful alfeo seafront of Ortigia. Next we will leave the port to circumnavigate around the island and admire the monuments located along the coast. We will leave Ortigia to head towards the coast north of Syracuse to go and see the beautiful sea caves. We will then return from the "small port" to navigate the Ortigia channel that divides the island from the city and we will pass under the bridges to return to the starting point. the visit is guided and a historical and geographical explanation is provided. In addition, it is possible to stop for a swim. The tour lasts about 1 hour and 10/20 minutes.

Our tour offers the opportunity to admire the beauty of Ortigia seen from the sea and the wonderful sea caves with spectacular colors thanks to the filtering light that highlights the coral formations, stalactites and stalagmites. Ortigia Island and Sea Caves Boat Tour with Prosecco


A unique and relaxing tour .. rich in history, monuments, sea caves and nature. A beautiful and fantastic experience, advisable to photograph the beautiful landscapes and sunsets. Departure from the Umbertino bridge, continuing from the small port of S. Lucia we head towards the sea caves and the heart-shaped cave (Syracuse side). After that we continue along the Alfeo seafront on the island of Ortigia, we will admire the Maniace Castle and the Aretusa spring where it is possible to take a short stop with a bathroom and photograph the beautiful panorama it offers us .. ending the tour at the large port, the Marina and passing under the Umbertino bridge.


Siracusa – Ortigia & Noto Tour


Pick-up from accomodation and transfer to Syracuse where you will visit the wonderful Neapolis Archaeological Park for a walk immersed in the history of the great Greek civilization. Afterwords, visit of Ortigia (Syracuse's island) and its historical center, where you can wander around the local market, see and buy local products and souvenirs before sitting in a typical characteristic delicatessen shop (BURGIO) where you can taste typical homemade products like delicious selection of cold cuts and cheese, olives, dried tomatoes, aubergines, mushrooms etc…everything served with hot bread to emphasize the special taste of fresh products. Head out to Noto, one of the most important baroque centers in Sicily, where you will admire the most important baroque buildings in Sicily and taste one of our delicious desserts, like cannolo, cassata, granita etc…


Boat tour Ortigia, sea caves and Pillirina 2h


The tour lasts 2h and will allow you to fully enjoy the beauties of Syracuse. We will leave from Ortigia, completely circumnavigating the island to head towards the sea caves north of Syracuse. Then we will enter the small port and crossing the Ortigia canal and passing under the bridges we will pass to the large port of Syracuse heading towards the south coast. We will cross the huge port of Syracuse to head towards the island and minaret areas and then return back to the starting point. The tour includes a bathroom stop


Boat excursion on the island of Ortigia with Snorkeling to the sea caves


Having only 2 hours at your disposal, the "Island & sea caves" excursion is exactly what we recommend; after embarking, we head towards the big port. You will begin to see the majesty of the large port, which is one of the largest natural ports in the Mediterranean, immediately afterwards we will see the Arethusa fountain with its charm from the sea and the immense Maniace castle that indicates the exit of the port. After leaving the island, we head towards the north coast of Syracuse where, between a sip of fresh juice and tasting of excellent fresh fruit, we approach the caves where we immediately start with a beautiful 10-minute swim stop. The coast of Syracuse is a real jewel of the Ionian Sea, characterized by a series of breathtaking landscapes. We will circumnavigate the island of Ortigia admiring the historical part that includes the former Bourbon prison, the Vigliena fort, the Spanish walls, the Maniace Castle, the Levante promenade, the Alfeo promenade, the Aretusa spring and the immense Porto Grande of Syracuse and then move to the Plemmirio nature reserve with its renowned Gulf of Pillirina. During the tour you will have fresh drinks, water, prosecco, white wine, red wine. This experience also includes several bathroom stops during the reconnaissance of the places where we will sail and an accurate guided tour.
