Next we go to Bodbe and see the ancient monastery of St. Nino (IX-XVIII centuries). Further we will go to Gurjaani, famous for its wineries. We will visit the ancient local wine cellar of the 17th-18th century, where you will have an opportunity to get acquainted with the ancient traditions of winemaking, participate in the process and taste the home-made wine. You will also take part in making "churchkhela", a traditional delicacy made from nuts, almonds or raisins. During lunch, you can taste unique local cuisine. After lunch, we are going to visit the castle of the famous Georgian poet of the XIX century, Prince Alexander Chavchavadze in Tsinandali, where you can take a walk in the beautiful garden, visit the winery and taste the local wine.
