From the Pier to Paradise. You’ll sail by the beautiful shorelines of St. Pete, pass under the stunning Sunshine Skyway bridge and perhaps see a dolphin or two! This is the only charter offering service from downtown St. Petersburg traveling to Egmont Key and passing under the Sunshine Skyway. You will have 2 hours on Egmont Key to explore the pristine beaches, historic lighthouse, ruins of Ft. Dade, and the amazing wildlife before your return trip. Please note you will have to step into shallow water when going on the island. Unlike all other boat services to Egmont Key, The Pelican St Pete will stay with you on the island – bathrooms and a bit of shade if needed, available the entire time.

Join us for a snorkel adventure to the only living coral reef in North America. We have several fantastic reefs to choose from on both the north and south sides of Key West, each offering a unique experience. It’s about an hour trip out to the reef, we will have you there for an hour and then a one hour journey back to our dock. We've created a fascinating kayak tour in St Pete, centered on our Crystal Clear kayaks, giving you a fascinating look at the sea life throughout Shell Key preserve, and Fort Desoto park. Our professional guides provide an interesting narration of the local wildlife and ecosystem. The tours can range from 2 persons to 16 people, and are approximately 2 to 2 -1/2  hours long.  The tours will primarily operate in the protected waters and mangroves tunnels of the Shell Key Wildlife Preserve in Pinellas County. An 1,800 acre preserve, these waters are well traveled by Dolphins, Manatees, Rays, as well as a variety of shore birds, including pelicans, egrets, herons, cormorants, osprey, and sometimes roseate spoonbills. Please note: This activity is NOT suitable for the Elderly or the Obese, or people with back surgeries/issues, or with a history of other physical ailments. You must be physically fit for participate in this activity.

Outside of manatee season there are a number of other wildlife sightings common on our tours including dolphins, spotted eagle rays, great blue herons and a plethora of other local flora and fauna. The experience takes in Miami's unique mix of natural and urban scenes including, weather permitting, Downtown Miami's iconic skyline as seen from Biscayne Bay.
