Guests who hunger to learn about Khmer cuisine can enroll in our half or full-day cooking class. Start the morning by exploring a local market where you will experience the hustle and bustle and absorb the flavor of a typical Cambodian market. You will have time to walk around, take pictures and observe vendors selling their wares. You will learn about local fruits, vegetables, and herbs and procure the freshest ingredients you need for the day's lesson. Returning to our kitchen, our experienced chef will guide you through tried-and-true Khmer cooking techniques. Unlock ancient secrets of Khmer cooking through this authentic culinary experience. After the demonstration and with our chef's assistance, you will discover new tastes and textures as you learn to prepare traditional dishes, which will be enjoyed for lunch. The recipes are yours to keep so you can recreate the Cambodian culinary experience in the comfort of your own home and impress your friends and family.

Watch live Kun-Khmer kickboxing at the TV-Stadium. Boxing starts at 6pm with five local and international fights and finishes at approximately 8pm. Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday Evening. Be picked up from your accommodation and arrive at the stadium in plenty of time before boxing begins. Khmer or Pradal Serey is a style of kickboxing originating in Cambodia. It dates back to the 9th century and was taught to Angkor Warriors to defend Angkor Wat. It is a free fighting style consisting of stand-up strikes and clinches. There are min types of strikes; punches, kicks, elbow and knee strikes. The clinch is used to wear down the opponent. The clinch opponents use short range kicks and elbow to dominate. Cambodian fighter tend to use more elbow strikes than other martial arts, with more victories coming from elbow strikes than any other strike.

While I am young I confused that Amok original recipe belong to Thailand this confused me about 20 year, after coming in to the food class I am realized that it is 100% belong to Cambodia and it is a sign of our culture. So I am delighted to choose this menu for my class to spread out this secret of recipe. Thai Amok and Khmer Amok is a bit similar but Cambodia have its own taste signature. We are experiences this group cooking class since 2016 and we believed that we can make you enjoyed and memorable.
