In several sales there is a permanent museum, including rare truffle outfits of local food and wine, setting of the albese kitchen of the seventeenth and nineteenth centuries, the distillery of the eighteenth century, cooper's shop, farmyard farmers. Count Camillo Benso di Cavour, one of the protagonists of the Unification of Italy, was the owner of this castle. Here he stayed between 1832 and 1849, when he was Mayor of the Municipality of Grinzane. He must also be interesting to discover in the field of viticulture. In the Castle are preserved its furniture, manuscripts and the Tricolor band of the Mayor.

Meet our Driver and sit comfortably, admire the wonderful landscapes full of vineyards and hazelnut groves. The hills are soft and welcoming, creating fairytale landscapes to say the least. After about an hour's drive you will arrive at the first winery we have carefully chosen for you. The tour includes visits at vinayard, cellars, wine museum, visit to the structure and 2 tasting of many wines of the area with a sommelier. Once the visit is over you will return to Turin.

We will visit the Langhe, a UNESCO world heritage site since 2014, from an ecological and sporting point of view. A few kilometers away from Alba and Barolo, we will travel along paved secondary roads and you will have a professional at your disposal who will be able to help you make the best use of your ebike and will explain what surrounds you so you can better appreciate this wonderful wine-growing region . The route is approximately 40 kilometers long with a difference in altitude of 840 metres, therefore suitable for medium-trained cyclists. We will discover the main natural resources of this magnificent land and admire the medieval towers and villages, in a setting that will take us back in time. The route, completely on asphalt, is easy and safe for everyone. In case of difficulty on the steep sections, the guide will show you how to tackle them safely, or will change the route to make it easier and more fun for everyone.

You will find an explanation of the entire production process: from the care of the vineyards, the processing in the cellar and the tasting of the final product. We have been producing organic wine for over 25 years, taking care of the vineyards with passion and respect for the land. During the visits we will accompany you to discover the history, the winery and, of course, to taste our wines. The journey will begin among our rows: walking together, we will tell you what it means for us to grow organically, a choice that protects biodiversity and the hilly ecosystem. Then we will enter the cellar, the heart of the production, where you will see closely how our wines are born, the result of a craftsmanship that follows the rhythms of nature and preserves the authentic expression of the grapes. The route is approximately 40 kilometers long with a difference in altitude of 640 metres, therefore suitable for medium-trained cyclists. We will discover the main natural resources of this magnificent land and admire the castles and medieval villages, in a setting that will take us back in time. The dirt route is of intermediate level and safe for everyone. In case of difficulty in tackling the parts on dirt road, the guide will show you how to do it safely, or he will change the route to asphalt to make it easier and more fun for everyone.

The tour will start from our tasting room to welcome you in the best possible way. From here we will trace the history of Cantina Moscone with a focus on the vineyards and the surrounding area. Then the tour route will allow us to understand and observe the production techniques of our wines. “The Dosman” is our take it easy.
