Join us on the power catamaran Jost Boat for a snorkel adventure and lunch at a floating taco bar. Take a cruise on the North Shore of St. John and enjoy a morning snorkel off one of the many coral reefs surrounding St. John. After the snorkel stop, the boat continues on to the only floating taco bar in the Virgin Islands. Your afternoon is complete with a taco lunch on board (ticket includes two tacos per guest) and time to float and enjoy one of a kind craft cocktails at the swim-up bar.

With your expert naturalist guide, head out on an amazing 90-minute nature walk in Everglades National Park, the only Unesco World Heritage Site in Florida. This is your chance to view a wide variety of wildlife, including birds, large alligators, baby alligators, turtles, and more, up close! And where it should be experienced, in the wild! Discover the biodiversity of this one-of-a-kind wetland wilderness. For 20-30 minutes, explore Everglades National Park on your own and stop in at the national park visitor center. Collect stamps, pins, or other souveneirs of your choice from ENP. Also, go on a scenic narrated drive led by your naturalist through the Everglades. Take an exhilarating 60-70 minute air boat ride way far from land way out in the true "River of Grass." This non-touristy trip is your opportunity to see all kinds of wildlife and a vast array of bird species. Learn about the Native American culture, and to experience the remote beauty of their unique way of life.

This is a very personalized tour. Spend your day with one of the world's most picturesque islands always in view. We cruise along the North Shore and pass scenic Hawksnest Beach, Trunk Bay, Cinnamon Bay, Maho and Francis Bay. The Captain will choose a calm and clear snorkel spot before heading to Lime-Out the new floating Taco and Craft Cocktail bar located in Hansen Bay on the Southeastern Coast of St. John. After Lunch the Captain will find another beautiful snorkel spot along the Souther Coast of St. John before heading back to shore. This guided walking tour will take you to the real places that Hemingway lived, worked and played, including where he watched and refereed boxing matches, where he kept his boat the Pilar, the bookstore where his books were sold, his first apartment in Key West where he finished writing “A Farewell to Arms”. Ready for the experience of a lifetime? Come on our Kayak Turtle Tour.  Tours operate daily from the south end of Palm Cove and paddle out to Double Island from there.  Once we are at Double Island, it's an incredible experience.  There are mangroves to explore, coral reefs to paddle over and even a cave to explore if the conditions are right. More often than not, the water is crystal clear.  There is an abundance of small rays and turtles swimming  through the water, and it's even possible to see dolphins, dugongs or whales on the tour, but you have to be very lucky. Kayaks, life jackets, juice, water and fruit is provided.
