Memphis Brew Bus Tour with Three Local Breweries & Tastings


Join us for a unique afternoon showcasing the booming Memphis craft brewing scene. We offer Saturday afternoon tours which will give you a behind-the-scenes look at 3 Memphis brewers and samples of their finest brews. Our knowledgeable guide and non-drinking bus driver entertain along the route. The tour round trips from The Broom Closet at 552 S. Main, Memphis in the Arcade building. There is free street parking and a free lot for our building. We suggest catching an Uber, Lyft or cab or having a friend or loved one drop off and pick up, so you can enjoy the tour without worry.

You will taste the differences between sakes—the highest quality, unfiltered, unpasteurized, and many other seasonable sakes. This tour includes an enriching experience in sake production. You will not only get to taste a wide variety of sake but also learn to appreciate them. A friendly English-speaking guide is present to answer any of your questions along the way. Stawamus Chief Hike & Local Brewery Tasting


The challenging hike rewards you with a magnificent view of Squamish, Howe Sound and the surrounding coastal mountains. Of course, your hard work deserves a reward, which is why after the hike we will take you to a local favorite brewery! Our tour includes transportation from and to Vancouver. I welcome you to my sake tasting experience in Kyoto. Fushimi area is famous not only Fushimi inari but also sake production. Kyoto is 2nd biggest production in Japan. Basically Kyoto's sake tastes sweet because of soft water. We'll explore two of my favorite breweries, sake museum and local bar. I'm passionate about sake, and I’d like to share with you the process of sake making, comparing different kinds and brands. You will taste the differences between sakes—the highest quality, unfiltered, unpasteurized, and many other seasonable sakes. We help to find your favorite type of sake!


Chicago Local Brewery Expedition with Homemade Guacamole


We'll explore five (5) of our favorite, Handcrafted Local Micro Breweries in two special locations of the historic, Chicago landmark district, Fulton Market; which used to be the meatpacking district, now becoming the Chicago Brewery District. Here you'll experience the fabulous, intricate world of the art of beer creation. We will all meet at the first one, introduce ourselves and try some delicious appetizers; where Carla will make a special Homemade Guacamole and Homemade Tortilla chips, and here, the first 3 handcrafted beers (3-5oz beers) are on us. Then we'll walk to the other breweries where you'll have a chance to order other beers and serve your own. Here you can stay as long as you want after the tour. During our expedition, we can all share our opinion about the flavors, the creation, etc… All the breweries are within walking distance.
