Fresh ingredients, everything from scratch, flavors of our traditional Mexico; in a beautiful Mexican-style house, surrounded by gardens, everything is set and carefully hand-picked for you to enjoy and live an authentic cultural and gastronomical immersion to the deepest traditions and roots of our ancient Mexican cuisine. Our gastro-cultural experience starts off with a brief introduction to the essential flavors and ingredients of Mexican cuisine, follow by a mezcal tasting, where we will learn, superficially, about its main characteristics and the right way to taste it. Then, in an ambiance full of joy, music and laughter, we will prepare a full menu with sides, salsa and fruit water "agua fresca" The preparation of tortillas and quesadillas is from scratch, as well as quesadillas, for which we always use artisanal cheese. By the end of the class, we sit down in one table to share the food we just prepared and the experience itself! Mi casa es tu casa, you are always welcome!

this is a unique experience. you can come to a local's home and rediscover the passion for the land and the fruits, the old family traditions. taste delicious dishes prepared together with your hands with love. We will be happy to tell you the history of the place and the food. We want you to be able to carry us in your heart at the end of this experience. we will prepare fresh pasta following the old local tradition, we will show you all the tricks to have a good pasta. We want to show you our garden and collect together the ingredients that we will use for our dishes. We will prepare two types of pasta: ravioli, fresh pasta filled with ricotta or vegetables or meat. and the noodles that we will dress with sauce or with vegetables, or an excellent pesto. we love to show you an ancient recipe for a cake with chocolate pears. a good glass of wine will not be missing and at the end of the lunch we will let you taste our liqueurs.

In Turkey, in a living of comperatively conservative cultures and traditions we live, weddings are a important element of people socially expressing themselves. A lot of people could meet at weddings and then get married. Therefore, halay and other folk dances are an important way of self expression. Although this starts as a social expression, it is also a great meditation when you can feel the balance of the mind and the body in the flow of the music. That's why, we truely find all kinds of folk dances unique and definitely advice all travelers from different cultures to come experience these feelings with us, at our home environment.
