Lunch Cocktails

Our fabulous cocktail masterclass will teach you four delicious cocktails, with recipes from our master mixologist that you can take home to impress your friends and family! You will meet in our city centre bar, where your professional barman will be waiting to make some cocktails to get those creative juices flowing. Over the experience our mixologist will teach you a variety of four cocktails, and to top the experience off you will also have be given tasty local tapas.

You will cook 3 Peruvian courses and 2 cocktails. Our Peruvian Cooking, cocktails and market tour starts at San Pedro Market (door number 1), with a visit to this historical market. We will try some of the most exotic fruits of Peru ( super foods) After that, we will walk to our bar studio, a traditional house from 1930. We start our experience preparing the most delicious cocktails with fresh fruits (bought in the local market we visited) and Pisco. You will cook: peruvian tamal (quinoa), cebiche and causa limeña. Our class is full hands on and you will take part in all the preparation. After the class we will also send you the recepies, so then you can enjoy it with your family and friends. Fun for the whole family – a river tubing adventure Jamaican style! Enjoy an approximate 45 min scenic drive to the tubing river where you’ll be given a short safety briefing. Then hop on your inner tube for a fun journey downstream. Glide across mild rapids surrounded by greenery, traveling as the Spanish once did when they arrived in Jamaica hundreds of years ago. Your river guide will entertain you until the end of your journey where the river runs into the Caribbean Sea. You will then be taken to Bamboo Beach Club for some fun in the sun. Relax on a complimentary beach chair and enjoy light entertainment and fun cocktail demonstrations. You'll be treated to a selection of house beverages including rum punch and lemonade. Plus enjoy a 4-course tapas lunch served beachside featuring a menu of jerk chicken, festivals, plantains, banana fritters, and more.

Enjoy clear blue water and reggae-style hospitality at Bamboo Beach Club! Board your air-conditioned bus for an approximate 35 min drive to this private beach club. Relax on complimentary beach chairs and soak up the sun. Listen to reggae music, enjoy light entertainment by our staff and hostesses, and watch the bartender’s mixology demonstration as the cocktail of the day is created. Take a swim in the sea, dip your toes in the sand, and enjoy a tasty lunch and cocktails.
