Aloha,   Come and share in a consciously-guided yoga session suitable for all levels.  Inspired and taught from the teachings of Tirumalai Krishnamacharya and B.K.S Iyengar. During the practice we will work towards creating a deeper connection with the body, mind and spirit. Hands-on adjustments will be offered to those that request it. Things to bring: Yoga mat or towel.
