Victoria Whales & Marine Adventure! Enjoy the ultimate a 3-hour Whale & Marine Wildlife Tour. – Designed for the serious Marine Adventure Seeker. – With three outside viewing area’s, a fully heated cabin area with washroom, this vessel provides the ultimate combination of excitement and comfort. – You'll search for Orcas (Killer Whales), Humpback Whales, Minke Whales, Harbour Seals, Harbour Porpoise, Dall's Porpoise, Steller (Northern) and California Sea Lions, and over 127 species of marine birds. – We will also show you some incredible scenery and historic land marks.

I (Captain Matt) along with my crew member take our guests out for an incredible experience on the waters in and around Sitka Sound viewing the breathtaking scenery and enjoying diverse wildlife encounters! You may see many if not all of the following wildlife, Humpback whales, Sea Lions, Sea Otters, Harbor Seals, Ravens, Bald eagles, shearwaters, cormorants, 2 types of puffins, and many other sea birds too numerous to mention. Bears are regularly viewed in the late summer early fall, and occasionally viewed in the spring. As I have had a long career commercial fishing in Southeast Alaska, I give unique insight into the local fishing industry. Both my crew and I will also enlighten you on local history and life in Sitka. To ensure your experience is genuine, my crew is always either one of my family, or a local hire that truly knows Sitka. We live it year round!!

Our extensive whale spotting network, has given us a 90% sighting success rate. Our whale watching tour focuses on Minke Whales, Humpback Whales, Orca Killer Whales, and other marine wildlife such as porpoises, dolphins and other species. Please note Since this is a wildlife tour we can never predict or guarantee sightings of any kind. If there are no sightings on the tour, we do not offer refunds but instead, we offer our passengers a free return to join our tour depending on availability, valid for up to three years. Weather is a big factor for the tour, we may have to cancel the tour due to unfavorable weather conditions. We will notify you via email in the event of a cancellation.
