You can choose to create the delicious bread of the dead, which is made specifically during the seasons of October and November, as it is used as an offering for our deceased saints on the holiday known as Day of the Dead. Or we can create the bread known as "concha", delicious and timeless, soft and fluffy. We can create it in its traditional flavors, vanilla and chocolate. Or we can innovate, if you have a flavor in mind we can create it. At the end of the class you will take with you the delicious recipes and a bit of Mexican gastronomy.
