Our team of qualified and experienced instructors will guide you along the intertidal zone of our stunning coastline. Swim through huge sea caves, explore wildlife-rich rock pools, visit hidden and inaccessible beaches before taking the leap of faith from one of the many jump sites. Our coasteering sessions run from a beautiful and unique venue in North Cornwall. The location offers a range of opportunities, explorations and experiences in a spectacular costal setting. The sessions are tailored to meet the needs and abilities of each group with all safety equipment being provided. You must be over 10 years old and able to swim 50 meters unaided in order to take part. All under 18’s must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Take in the beautiful coastal surroundings of Morwenstow, N. Cornwall with a local guide who was born and raised here. Our route takes us to some of the South west's most remote, wild and spectacular places – all linked together on sleepy country lanes with very little traffic. This area is extremely beautiful but can be hilly, and this is where the electric bikes come into their own. With an electric motor assisting while you pedal, we will be able to explore the area in comfort, giving you more energy to take in the surroundings! Our route will last 2.5-3 hours and will take us on some lovely roads out to the cliffs, with a tea rooms (famed for it's cream teas!) and local pub along the way if you fancy a refreshment. To get access to some of the most interesting places (for example a shipwreck-wood cabin built into the cliff face in the 1800's) we will park the bikes and go on foot for 15 minutes, so please bring shoes you are comfortable walking in too.

Eventually we turn away from the coast and head toward Bodmin Moor. We explore this awesome landscape for a while before stopping in a hidden glade. Here the only sounds are the gurgling of the river, the breeze in the trees and the boiling of the kettle. Freshly made and served in bone China, you can choose from a range of teas supplied by the award winning Westcountry Tea Co, or coffee if you prefer.
