The experience will start with a detailed introduction to the agricultural methods we adopted, how our biodynamic production method works, and the farm's history. Then, you will have a three courses Tuscan lunch and a wine tasting with 4-5 organic wines that come straight from the winery's vineyards and the chance to taste all our extra virgin olive oils surrounded by a spectacular Tuscan setting. We are just a few minutes from San Gimignano town center, with a stunning view of the Tuscan countryside and the town's Medieval towers. An Italian or English-speaking family member will guide you in the experience with a professional and warm family welcome.

You will be welcome by the owners of the old tradition family-run business. The Wine&EVO Oil tour will start from the visit of one of our vineyard where we will tell you some family secrets about our vineyard holding. Back to the winery, you will see the cellar, the barrels room and the Vin Santo room and you will learn a lot about the wine making techniques. The visit will end with the tastings of our wines and organic EVO oil, paired with local and homemade food like prosciutto, salame, cheese and biscuits.

This walk offers you a first experience in the world of Mendoza wine, you will tour vineyards and olive groves with the Andes Mountains in the background. Maipu, wine heart of Mendoza, is waiting for you. You will visit two wineries: artisans such as Cavas de Don Arturo, Cecchin or Florio, and industrialists such as Lopez or Vistandes. After a 40-minute walk learning a lot, we’ll drive 5 minutes to a cooperative where grapes and olives are organically processed.
