THE Oil Mill designed by Philippe Starck stands as the first signature oil mill in the world, fusing tradition, modernity and gastronomy in a single place: the Sierra de Ronda. This space has been designed to highlight the culture and history of one of the emblematic products of Spanish gastronomy, with the collaboration of Philippe Starck, a prominent international designer. LA Almazara LA Organic allows you to witness directly the process of cultivation and transformation of olive oil in an avant-garde building that has its own museum, tasting areas or auditorium for events in an incomparable setting, the Sierra de Ronda. The building is a unique architectural jewel, with a structure inspired by the personality of Andalusia: austere, rigorous, real, exaggerated, timeless, strong, spiritual and passionate.

You will know the current process of elaboration of Extra Virgin Olive Oil and you will go back one hundred years visiting an oil mill of the year 1910 in perfect operation, powered by a pump body and pulley system. You will visit the whole process of making Extra Virgin Olive Oil. You will also visit our olive oil cellar! Designed entirely of stainless steel, to retain its special aroma, preserve better the quality and hygiene and thus adding value to its Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Finally we will taste 3 of our Extra Virgin olive oils that we manufacture in our factory. You will become an expert in the world of Extra Virgin Olive Oil!
