Immerse yourself in 200 years of history by hearing the stories of each building in Plaza de Mayo with your private guide, and learn more about Buenos Aires foundational square. You will learn about the Spanish colonial era and how it came to be the centre of their viceroyalty, with their seat at the Cabildo. Travel back in time to the May Revolution that started in 1810 and led to independence from the Spanish in 1816. Walking around the square, you will see the most emblematic buildings that have played a role in Argentina's history, from Eva Peron and her famous speech from the balcony of Casa Rosada to the demonstrations of the Madres and Abuelas de Plaza de Mayo. At the far end of the Cabildo, you will see Casa Rosada, Argentina's Presidents’ office painted in a pink colour that holds a very distinctive role as a symbol of the country. Your last stop will be Museo del Bicentenario (only open weekends), where your guide will tell you stories of Argentina's past presidencies.

Enjoy organically produced wine, a special selection from boutique wineries with five different options. We begin the trip between 9:00 and 9:30, to enjoy breakfast at the hotel. We travel in a small-group luxury SUV with a personalized tour based on availability each day. We will enjoy an incredible wine tasting (including three or more passengers). You can choose from whites, reds, and sparkling wines based on your preferences, along with a pairing board. We will have time to get to know each other and plan the next stop. We recommend visiting a boutique winery (closed Sundays) where we will chat with the winemaker and owner of the property, where we will delight in details about their exclusive production. For lunch, we have three options: 1. A local restaurant where the chef will delight us with his dishes. 2. Casas del Bosque, I recommend the Chilean empanadas. 3. A winery with a beautiful view at the top of the hill overlooking the valley. At the end, we will stop for a sparkling wine.

Enjoy a different day in Buenos Aires, touring the city of Tigre and the Paraná Delta. During the bus ride you will enjoy the stunning view of the Río de la Plata until you reach the city of Tigre, located 36 km from the city center. There you will embark to take the 5 river walk through the Delta, designed to travel five of the main rivers of the first section of islands of the Paraná delta. You will make this ride in comfortable boats that will allow you to know the 5th largest delta in the world. You will be able to observe small rivers and internal streams. Then, you will travel by bus to the main points of the city of Tigre (including Paseo Victorica, some museums and the Casino) to Puerto de Frutos, where you will learn about its history and have free time to travel and shop. The return to Buenos Aires is done by bus.It is not suspended by rain. Does not include return to the hotel.

We will pick you up early in the morning at 6:00 at your accommodation, then we are going to drive north and get out of the city. First, what we are going to see (in winter time) is how life can grow almost anywhere, and in the middle of the desert and sandunes. Here in Lima we have a biosphere called Lomas that are green areas in the middle of the desert "Lomas de Lachay" is about 2.5 hours away from Lima and over there we are going to have a 2.5 hours hiking (average) over there we can see owl, hacks, foxes, wild doves, falcons, and a lot of endemic animals that only lives in that biosphere.

The surface of Vinicunca Rainbow Mountain is covered with vivid colors, unusual in the Andes. The mountain displays green, blue, purple and red tones, which create a otherworldly environment. The trek to this strange looking place takes visitors through typical Andean sceneries, full of alpacas, llamas and some local farms.

A tour along the "Ruta de Los pancho" consists of visiting some of small villages with indigenous features on the south side of El Salvador. We will start our tour in San Miguel de Allende, and after a 30 minutes trip we'll get to Canada de la Virgen. There, we'll be taken by a small bus close to the pyramids, then we walk 1 kilometer (3,300 feet) to get there. The tour in the pyramids is walking and has a duration of two hours, including the bus shuttle. When we finish the tour, we walk back to the bus that will take us to our vehicle. We'll go to Rossana's place to have lunch made with local ingredients that have been used by the natives for hundreds of years, plus handmade tortillas and food made by local people who know how to mix all these ingredients to make a delicious meal. At the restaurant there is a small museum exhibiting photos, where we can have a better understanding about the relation between the pyramids in Canada de la Virgen with the sun and the moon. After lunch we head back to San Miguel de Allende to see the highlights of the city in a 2 hours tour.
