Walk between Madeira´s highest peaks! Starting at Pico do Areeiro, within a short distance we come upon the Ninho da Manta (Buzzard’s Nest) belvedere. From this platform one can see the valley of Fajã da Nogueira, where some Manx shearwater (Puffinus puffinnus) breed, São Roque do Faial and a large part of the Central Mountain Range. To reach Pico Ruivo at 1862m, we must go around Pico das Torres up a steep incline of steps carved in the rock and then descend, the most difficult part of this trail being the final climb to the Shelter at Pico Ruivo. But the thought of reaching the highest point of the island is a driving force. From the Pico Ruivo shelter, the footpath leads to Achada do Teixeira car park, where you can see “Homem em pé” (Standing Man), a basalt rock formation found on the way down the slope after you pass the shelter at Achada do Teixeira.

It will make your eyes amazed to see the sunrise from the east on the peak of MOUNT BATUR.MOUNT BATUR TREKKING has four lanes use to go, but the line is often used only two of the lines, these are the main starting point ( Natural hot spring ) .While climbing or passing Toyabungkah lane will feel cool air to your faces around 20 degrees Celsius . After reaching the summit you will feel increasingly cold temperatures around 15 degrees Celsius. Near the top you will see a simple warong/restaurant that sells tea and coffee while you take a break. Hike to the Adam's peak is a seasonal activity which is popular among both local and international travelers. Best time for the climb starts in December and goes till June every year. Distance of the climb is around 6 km one way and travelers prefer doing this during the night time as they can enjoy the breathtaking sunrise view from the peak in the early morning. You will be guided by our experienced, guide who has done the hike for more than 100 times. If you prefer discovering this journey alone, our chauffer will be waiting at the starting point in the vehicle until you return back. We start from Kandy around 5.30 pm and will be stopping for Dinner somewhere in Hatton. On the return journey we can stop for scenic places including water falls, view points, tea estates etc. Standard tour, we return to Kandy at the end. But if you have any other plan to go to Hatton, Nuwaraeliya or Ella etc we can accomodate such request and there might be a nominal fee charge for extra traveling

Is it possible to hike up to the highest peak of Hungary from Budapest in one day? Surprisingly yes! We start from Budapest, take a long bus ride till Mátraháza. From Mátraháza we take a longer uphill walk through beautiful beech forests to reach Kékes, the highest peak. At the top there is a super high telecommunication tower with a panorama terrace to make this experience even more outstanding. We start descending from the peak, and on our way we will visit several other lookout points with stunning views to the north. We continue until we reach the old ruins of a small fort with a beautiful landscape back to the Mátra mountains and to the plains in the south.
