The Rucu Pichincha is located west of the city of Quito, in the western Andes. We will start our tour at 9:30am to enter the cable car and ascend to 4.050msnm. where our route to the summit will begin, during this journey of approximately 3-4 hours we can enjoy the beautiful Andean landscape, its mountains and moors, as well as a panoramic view of the city of Quito.
The journey is physically a bit demanding due to the altitude and the ascent that is made from the starting point, it requires suitable shoes for trekking, clothes for the cold (waterproof jacket, buff or scarf, gloves and hat, also a jacket warm), sunscreen.
Upon reaching the summit we will enjoy the magnificent view that the place offers, here we will stay a few minutes before starting with the descent.
Important: If there is bad weather the tour is cancelled for everyone's safety.
