After the toast, we will immerse ourselves in the world of the Roman street food, tasting pizza "al taglio" in an ancient bakery opened in 1880 and then a real supplì in one of the last family run “friggitoria”, where the family works since 1860. Here we will pair the supplì with a beer and a surprise! We will then move in a unique venue: a traditional shops where a family offers cheese and cold cuts produced in their farm just out of Rome.
