Explore the beautiful fishing town of Sesimbra on a full day guided tour. Start the day at the stunning Sado Estuary and watch the bottle nose dolphins swim along the white sand beaches. We visited the Fortaleza de Santiago, located on the seafront, with incredible panoramic views and a rich history from the 17th century. We visit Sesimbra Castle, an imposing medieval fortification with spectacular views of the ocean and the town. Inside the castle, we explored Santa Maria Church, with its historic architecture and serene setting. We continue to Cabo Espichel, where the lighthouse and cliffs provide an unforgettable experience. We visited the Sanctuary of Nossa Senhora do Cabo, a pilgrimage site with a fascinating history and views of the Atlantic. We continue through Serra da Arrábida, a natural park of stunning beauty with green mountains, incredible views and Portinho da Arrábida, a picturesque bay with crystal clear waters, ideal for relaxing and enjoying nature. WIND gives you the opportunity to practice coasteering, as well as other sports/adventure disciplines, having access to specific experiences and courses, depending on your intention and need. The training and integration are carried out by experienced and highly qualified technicians. Coasteering Coasteering consists of the progression along of a coastline where immersion in water is a part of the activity. Participants will have to cross rocky and aquatic areas using a variety of techniques including climbing (no technical level and low difficulty), swimming and water jumping. A rope may also be used for safety purposes, e.g. lifelines. Some Coasteering route may also include more technical activities such as rappelling, via ferrata and tyrolean traverse/slides.
