The tour starts with a friendly visit to a farm, where we hand-feed alpacas & emus, and have a morning tea with scones (with jam & cream), local roasted coffee and tea. Throughout the day you will enjoy a wide diversity of products. A 3-in-1 stop with delightful chocolate, coffee and tea. Lunch at Olio Bello, where you will also have a taste of their delicious olive oils and olive-based products. And why not, some other surprises might also come on your way… The main event of the day will be 3 handpicked local wineries that showcase Margaret River's diverse styles of wines, and will give you a chance to learn a lot more than you probably expect.

You can take a panoramic walk with us in the vineyard, where depending on the season you can actively follow the different processes, to understand how the wine is born in the vineyard, and then continues its life in the cellar from alcoholic fermentation to aging in wood. The experience ends with the tasting of wines paired with local products selected by the best farms. In fact, those who present wine to the visitor are always either one of us 2 brothers (partners and producers) or a person who works directly in the company in order to give a truly important experience to those who come to visit us. We will visit the almond orchard before starting the activity of making Nougat. The cultivation is organic and environmentally friendly. We welcome hives on the orchard. We have installed bird boxes and bats that allow the development of biodiversity. With the fortified wines we will also provide some Portuguese sweet pastries to accompany the tasting. (it is a snack, do not expect a full meal). I would suggest and book this activity because of its uniqueness. Here you will have opportunity to see all steps of the wine making, from the vineyard itself, to the cantinas with its vats where maceration happens, and the over 200 years old historic cantina, with its big and small oak barrels that age the red wines. Finally, our guests will taste and and enjoy the beautiful tasting room overlooking the amphitheater winery. This is not a common event, where vineyard and cantina operate together.
