Together we will discover the magical places from which Prosecco Superiore Mani Sagge is born. In the Wine Bar of the Estate, surrounded by the living landscape of the green hills, we will explain our philosophy as winemakers and guardians of the beauty of these places. Walking to the top of the ancient hill, we will discover the meaning of heroic viticulture and Prosecco DOCG, admiring the UNESCO landscape. We will then taste three types of Prosecco Superiore from the cellar combined with typical local products. Please inform us in advance of any allergies/intolerances or other food restrictions. Marco (owner and sommelier of Cancari-wine bar) will teach you the best way to do a real tasting and will explain secrets and methods of production of these exceptional wines. He works in this world since many years and so he perfectly knows the characteristic of the Prosecco. Ai Do Cancari is a traditional wine bar in the heart of Venice, just few steps from Accademia Bridge, in a place very famous for the artistic workshop and away from the overcrowded touristic places.

De Riz winery was born from an idea of grandfather Carlo, whom with passion inherited the love for nature and viticulture to his grandson Luca, since he was a teenager. Excited for the work and area, the family restored all the structure in 2009 with all new technologies needed to produce wines of great quality. The winery situated in San Pietro di Feletto has around 16 hectares, mainly in the DOCG Conegliano Valdobbiadene area. The production is around 90% Prosecco Superiore Conegliano Valdobbiadene but we offer also an other range of wines. Our slogan is "amore per la natura, passione per il prosecco" (love for nature, such as for Prosecco): Luca would like to preserve the ecosystem and pay attention how to manage the vineyards and in all wine making process in respect of the land and people.

"To make good wine it is necessary to know well the land from which it comes and the sky that governs us." Treated as gardens, the selected lands of the Valdobbiadene DOCG are located between the Piave river and the Soligo stream. We are about 100 km from Venice, on the hills between the municipalities of Conegliano and Valdobbiadene, located at equal distance from the Dolomites. Here the grapes have been ripening on the hills for over 2000 years and the love for the land flows in the veins of the winemakers and in the sap of the vine.
