Later we will discover Vitoria-Gasteiz, the capital of the Basque Country, where we will enjoy a nice walk into the heart of the city.

Visit Marques de Riscal and Ysios, the two most prestigious wineries that produce excellent wines but also boast world-renowned architecture. In this tour you will be able to discover the magnificence of Rioja through a perfect fusion of vineyards, excellent wines and renowned architects such as Franck Gehry or Santiago Calatrava. Visit Laguardia and take the best pictures form our secret spots and enjoy local tapas for lunch. In case the Ysios winery was closed for visits (sometimes it happens as it´s a very special winery) we will upgrade you for a wine tasting in Carlos San Pedro winery with the best views over the Ysios winery and the Sierra Cantabria mountains. You will taste 4 wines paired with 3 local appetisers. And of course you will be able to take as many pictures as you want of the Ysios building! * Please be aware that these wineries experience high demand and you´ll be joining a bigger group for the winery visit

Our first stop will be a historic traditional winery, where you’ll take a stroll through the vineyards and enjoy an outdoor tour, immersing yourself in winemaking tradition. Afterward, we’ll head to Laguardia, a medieval gem in Rioja Alavesa, home to over 300 underground wineries. Stroll through narrow streets, surrounded by ancient architecture, and explore one of these wineries to learn about the fascinating process of carbonic maceration, a unique technique that creates vibrant, fruity wines. You’ll also enjoy a tasting of their finest creations. At the end of the visit, you’ll have free time to enjoy lunch in this charming village before returning (lunch not included)

You will discover the essence and personality of the capital of Rioja. Its surroundings, customs and the emblematic Barrio de la Estación, which is the location with the highest concentration of century-old wineries in the world. Get to know its historic centre and visit places such as the Hermitage of San Felices de Bilibio, where the popular Wine Fight is held. Enjoy and get to know the surroundings of Haro, tasting wine from the Rioja Qualified Designation of Origin, paired with Rioja products from KM 0.

In La Rioja, wine production is part of the culture, tradition and trade. Small medieval villages are mixed with fields full of vineyards that vary their colors throughout the year to create a unique and special atmosphere. On this tour we will visit a medium-sized winery, away from large crowds, to learn the secrets of wine production from start to finish. Then we will go to a classic restaurant in the area to taste a typical Riojan menu, with local products and of course washed down with good wine from the region. The best way to enjoy La Rioja without rushing!

A winery that cames from the nature and gastronomy. Nature because of the land where it is surrounded, this way the winery name that means “nature” in basque dialect. And gastronomy because we started our project in a Restaurant in the basque country called Zaldiarán where the new concept of basque gastronomy was created. This way we are focus on wines with good pairings and the respect of nature around us.

We will take you to 2 different boutique wineries in order to learn everything about the traditional and modern styles Riojas. At one of the wineries we will enjoy a wonderful picnic-style lunch prepared for us surrounded by vines and olive trees! You will visit the medieval village of Laguardia, considered to be one of the most beautiful villages of Spain, famous for its charm and underground cellars! This day tour allows you to enjoy a unique experience to discover La Rioja and its wineries and taste high quality wines. Departure directly to Haro, capital of Rioja Wine. There, we will visit CVNE, a centenary winery. We will take a guided tour of its essential spaces, including the barrel room designed by the legendary architect Gustave Eiffel and the underground cellars including tasting. We will then go on a guided walking tour of the historic centre of Haro. We will continue to Laguardia, where will start a walk through through its picturesque narrow streets and then take guided tour of a small traditional winery. After the visit, free time for lunch (not included). Before returning to Bilbao, we will pass through Elciego to discover the Marqués de Riscal building, an outstanding example of modern architecture.
